But I can say that anyone who's been posting on here for the last 5+ years since didn't. They got locked in by buying when AZ was telling us all we were weeks away from a £30m IM.

Az has released RNS after RNS about deals that were going to get done and said in interviews and at AGMs and through every means of paid promotion, yet it took over 3 years to declare none of those things were happening!

Not only that but he grossly exaggerated the pipeline of clients and faked the interest of funders .

Read the accounts. It states there are only 4 companies who have signed a term sheet.

Read the accounts again, it states they haven't been able to get WL done because they can't get remarketers, because competitors don't want to help the competition by acting as a remarketer when some cheese doesn't sell.

Read every RNS that used to start with "syme the fintech platform that uses true sale"

Now realise that true sale nolonger exists because as the delightful toothy pizza man said in the first place IT DOESNT PASS ACCOUNTING STANDARDS!

All anyone needs to ask when wondering about who is trading syme on mass scale why would the ceo of a company release an RNS about pledging to buy his own stock if it reaches X price, which was way above the current price, when he could of paid far less at the current point in time.

That's literally the one thing that frames AZ without any doubt.

It's the only proof anyone needs when arguing the insider trading.

Because there's no legitimate excuse for releasing that RNS.
