Do we need to get acquisition signed off before the Regulatory approvals are granted ?

Something is going on that’s for sure , I’m expecting some big news soon but not sure what it’s going to be but please be a good update

The Company anticipates that the suspension will be lifted as soon as the Annual Financial Report is published, pending the London Stock Exchange's procedures and confirmation.

Good news for all invested , I’m still not sure if we will get a drop or a rise coming out , long term gains to be had and this sign off acquisition can’t come soon enough. I would like to know what’s the reasoning from going to Q1 now to Q4

This is the next Rns we need , Theo did say they might need to go though the new prices / in-situ value.

What news are we expecting now ?

How can they say acquisition will be signed off in Q1 not that long ago and not it will be end of the year , just a guess but would it be Jason jumping the gun and saying Q1 and now Theo has to come out and end of the year very strange how this has unfolded , I’m a strong believer in Neo but this is very unprofessional

I’m not going to lie I’m very pi55ed off with info just being thrown out in this interview, it definitely should of been put out in an rns , it is price sensitive that why we had lots of trades going in because everyone knew the acquisition was going to be signed off with in 9 weeks and now it’s been pushed back it was obvious the price was going to drop.

So the acquisition won’t be signed off now until end of the year ?
