Acquisition sign off Q1 2027 what a joke , 1 year of the original target.

During the year, the Company agreed with South African mining company Siyakhula Sonke Empowerment Corporation (Pty) Ltd ('SSC Group'), under which SSC acquired the 30% balance of the shareholding in NURBM, as part of the Company's commitment to advancing Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment ('B-BBEE') in South Africa, for a purchase price of ZAR 390,000,000 (approx. £17 million) The transaction is conditional in the Section 11 approval from The Department of Minerals and Resources.

Let’s see what updates we get after we re-list , they did say we will get updates soon after.

I’ll be dreaming of 10p , it’s been a long long wait and very frustrating, it’s been hard to keep positive.

Based on recent company announcements, Neo Energy Metals does not need the acquisition fully "signed off" (completed) before they can begin the process of obtaining regulatory approvals.

Instead, the acquisitions are structured as conditional agreements where the formal, legally binding acquisition agreements are signed first, followed by a period where they work in parallel to obtain regulatory approvals and finalize funding.
