Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Maybe they are doing what I did couple weeks ago..... I sold about 45ks worth over a few days because I had had enough and was being sensible for once lol
The price dropped a couple days later and I bought all the shares back and ended up with about 7k to go towards my tax bill!!
It was the most nerve racking couple of days as my trading history is abysmal!!
First time I have sold and bought any xtract shares for a very long time.
I have learnt my lesson now and from now on, when I buy any share, I will have a long term portion and a trading portion.
I look at the xtract chart and think.....if only I new this knowledge a few years ago!!
Screen, that's human nature! If I said to you, jump out of this second floor window, I'll give you 10k. You would unlikely risk breaking your legs or death for 10k? Now if I set fire to the house, you would likely jump out for nothing, right?
No chance flipper. The majority of the large holders here wouldn't sell cheap and even if they did, we don't hold enough to out vote the real big holders. If you take 10 regular holders here, you would be lucky to get to 7% of the company. Colin, with all his options etc would have around a 5% stake i think.
I would take 15p absolute minimum.
So, this is the lowest the SP has been since the first hole into BR in January 2021. That 18 months.
We seem to be getting a mid-day RNS on Thursdays, I hope today is no exception and we get a large discovery hole in the depths of Ascot, with high visible mineralisation!!!
Can't think of any other news due at the moment that could cause a nice rise unless its a stonking Assay result.
Copper will do the same now as it did in 2008 crash, drop like a stone and bounce back just as fast. This time though, with even greater highs. I can see copper going above $6 a LB in 2024 and never coming back down. There just are not enough mines being built to fill the need.
Bushranger will be extremely valuable in the future but I cannot see us getting the most value in this market. I can't wait much longer before I need to sell some but in reality for the best value for all of us shareholders, I think we should keep drilling and wait another 12 months. Don't tell my missus I said that!!!!!
Iceberg, AA are already testing them now.

Fuel cost won't be a problem as the vehicles will be hybrid or fully electric by then. Also if the green revolution takes off quickly, the fuel prices should decline to a point where the 3rd world countries start to be able to afford our old petrol and diesel vehicles.
So really, going green won't be as fantastic as everyone thinks. The polluting countries just change.
China will use fossil fuels only untill other fuels are cheaper.
I think with the amount of cash some of these majors have, they will start aquasitions all over the place. Most of which will be avoiding chile and peru if they can. I think they will also see the dip in commodities as a chance to pick up some bargains, hopefully we won't be one of them and Colin will stand tuff and say take it or leave it, we want this price!!!!!
