Over the years the one lesson I've learned re these boards is when everyone posts 24/7 trying to influence my investment decisions the best option is to do the opposite, Just go with the BOD if you trust them " They after all have first hand knowledge off what is best for the company.
Hi patoir I think most of CERPs ongoing projects are detailed on the company's website but we are awaiting test results from the SWP ( saffron 1) hopefully around 500 bopd total production at present approx 560 and we have a free carry on saffron 2 + awaiting an increase from trinity innis due to CO2 injection in cooperation with PRD and we are about to enter Suriname awaiting STOIIP estimates. Just what have BPC been doing over the years ie have they just been working towards P1.
Hi lancygeo I think the board would like a blanket shutdown on any Cerp news but CO2 is one area that I don't think the board can surpress PRD won't allow it.
Hi Sam re voting you should receive a " corporate notification e'mail from your broker ".
Hi chess that company is president energy ppc
Just a quick thought Cerp have news due on many fronts.
* Goudron Ipsc renewal ( due end Q2 approx 2 weeks)
* Trinity innis CO2 injection
* Saffron testing & flow rates
* Suriname STOIIP
Now if news was to come out re any of the above
It would have to be released to the markets ( or could it be withheld) and if this resulted in the SP rising and BPCs stayed flat this could be interesting re the vote by Cerp shareholders. Any thoughts any one
Bonum and harryoffdock
Please be aware that Bonum and harryoffdock are both trying to deramp this. There are many fair commentators on the pros and cons of BPC on the BPC forum. People like jimtheknow pageofcups and private investor to name but a few.
Just ignore the two who we now lovingly mock with the name haribo

For Schroders & Mike Joseph & the board to agree to this merger there has to be something in the background that we don't know & hasn't been released yet ". Could be an interesting month ahead of us."
Why now it's terrible timing in 3 months time Cerp could be a very different company if all comes good or maybe ". that is the point " also just what is going on re Schroders very odd
The vote isn't until the end of July by which time we should have received some news on one front or another presuming it is good news would that not influence either the SP or the attitude of the shareholders re a vote.
Wouldn't want to be shorting this.
Good Buying pressure there Chesh
Yes chesh and lots more news due before the end of this month.
, * Saffron 1 results
* Goudron Ipsc renewal
* Suriname STOIIP
* CO2 update
* Saffron 2 plan

CERPS most exciting opportunity is its onshore position in Trinidad’s South West Peninsula (SWP). The SWP is close to, and geologically part of, the East Venezuelan Basin. This is the largest hydrocarbon basin in the world. Koot says the opportunity to access the Basin’s offshore-scale potential from an onshore location drew him to Columbus:
‘Trinidad has been producing for a long time. However, the SWP has not. This is because landowners rather than the state own its mineral rights. Oil companies have overlooked these resources .
