Agree Tosh.... leaving possibility of 'imminent' Contracts dangling for years without any update is bound to breed cynicism with regards to how genuine news regarding newer Contracts is likely to be and thus affect SP.

Can they say this plus get it past legal/regulatory etc if it was not actually expected? If it were unexpected because of US sanction wouldn't they have to say so?????
