And on my friends T212 account it shows 6.2 SP

Cardinal the shares will stay the same. For "Amigo Holdings". There is no need to transfer anything, just set up a new business that Amigo Holdings owns. A good example of this is how they just set up "ShemeCo" ..

You are right about the shares being with Amigo Holdings, Amigo Loans is a subsidiary of Amigo Holdings. If Amigo Loans goes into administration there are other options for the company as a whole, for instance we could branch out into european/American markets under a new trading name for example "Amigo2".

Its far from over if the scheme doesnt pass. Just my opinion but dyor :)
