Not even that much of a concern, Cineworld will smash that debt down as main priority now. No dividend payments untill our debt is atleast halved i reckon.

I think only way to find that out atm is to contact Amigo or the courts to find out.

Each case is costing FOS £950 apparently losing them £300 per case because they changed the way they handled cases or something, hence why the chief ombudsman is standing down. The whole process is flawed from top to bottom.

$650 per claimant that goes throught FOS even if non successful. This is the reason there had to be a lid put on the CMCs bringing claims that had already been dealt with or even in some cases where the claimant had never previously taken a loan with Amigo.

No wonder the markets are reacting badly. Hopefully they dont get this through, its all getting a little ridiculous.

CCC - There is always someone waiting for a lower and lower entry, OnionPacific still not managed to buy in cheaper from expecting more and more drops :P but by all means sit on the sidelines. Who knows, you might get your entry price :P

It would be a smart move to set it up in such a way that claimants would all have to vote through their customer portal and when they get there it just by passes the CMCs, thats what id like to see happen. But id imagine the CMCs will be voting on behalf of their clients? Not 100% sure to be honest. Hopefully someone here can shed more light on the way its being done.
