To whom it may concern,

I wish to file a formal complaint in regards to (Athanor Capital LP, 888 Seventh Avenue, 21st Floor, New York, NY 100199 for failure to disclose a 0.55% short position to the FCA. They have held in this short position on Cineworld (CINE) a FTSE 250 company, since 5th August 2020 however Athanor Capital LP only saw fit to disclose said position on 3rd November 2020, which breaches FCA Short selling disclosure rules. As you are well aware, undisclosed positions are very damaging to people who hold opposing postions.

I look forward to hearing from you in regards to this matter if there is infact grounds for any future investigation into this breach of the rules.

This happened exactly the same last lockdown it makes it look like lockdowns work.. but infact it was just a ripple and we announce lockdown right at cases peaked.. we need to stay open because lockdowns causing more harm than good

Best off not trying to short this stock in future

Need to specify what kind of trade it was.. what price it was placed at.. what was stop loss or take profit? Etc.. not enough to go on but on close friday was 28.5.. even though t212 said 27.5 so if you shorted and set a stop loss at 28 that your own fault
