IDW if they excercise the warrants and swap for shares that is how they get their investment back surely.. if the SP stays low they choose not to excercise them and get the payment in cash?

153,539,786(shares)×$2.931  = $450,025,112.766(debt)

$450,025,112.766 ÷ 100 =
4,500,251.12766  ×4.5  = $20,251,130.07

So debt +4.5% interest is $470,276,243

470,276,243÷153,539,786 = $3.063c

It will be heavily Dependant on $ to £ conversion rate on the day they choose to convert but from todays rate = £2.27p

If we hadnt had that big rise last week followed by massive drop just as quick.. then today would have been very different.. dont think many people trusted it to purchase large figures today and shorters will use that uncertainty to exit at a much slower pace

Prayfor i would imagine around the £5 mark for the shares to be more profitable than the debt but i have only guestimated.. when i get time il do the workings properly

If you spent any time watching cineworld trading activity you will notice 3x buys and price being walked down.. normal logic doesnt apply here
