Gambler: I agree to an extent with your comments below. We should however note that SKLand CSFS have increased notably since the end of September SKL 20p to 25p+ and CSFS 15p to 25p+. These two are not insignificant investments. CODE has also started a slow recovery and is slightly up during that period...another larger investment.

So despite the dropping ENSI ( which I think is way overdone) the portfolio is showing signs of picking up.

Also CDT was not live as such at the end of Sept, and the price at the end of Dec was a bit higher than at the time of exercise in early December.

Last trade (this week) was 1.525 to 1.75 Steve. More than a few tins of beans!

I think VELA will sell them to the pipe funders or other major backers of CDT at an agreed price to keep the free float smaller. Just my opinion.

I don't hold any at the moment. Had a few profit trades around 1.8 to 2.2. Last one was at a loss around 1.8 ( from buying at 2) and waiting and seeing. I only trade in 100k to 200k deals as max and sell when 10/15% up and stops if 10% down. All on orders. Just a bit of fun really, but because of the long history here I am always curious to see the end game ( which has been a very long time coming!). I would genuinely be delighted if truly long term holders got their rewards. You would certainly deserve it!! Just take them quick if you get the chance!

Its not an accusation, its a suggestion of what one 'might' conclude when doing research..

I have no more certainty there is any truth in my suggestions than you have that a mega deal is around the corner.

The biggest worry I have always had with CLP/QBT is that when the court money or any deal is struck then the money will come straight in and go straight out again via the myriad of non trading companies all run from the same office.

Whatever any short term spike may come from apparent good news, I certainly wouldn't be holding for long...and I suspect that goes for most of the ramping brigade. This has been an occasionally great share to trade, but a blooming awful one to hold long....

Bob: I have looked into many of these operations over the years. Infusion 2009 if you look at the confirmation statement is basically some kind of holding company.

One might conclude its all a sham or maybe even a scam, or just a load of badly run companies from the same office that FG hopes one of which will one day, once upon a time strike lucky.

I have mentioned this a few times over the years but tend to get shouted down because I’m after a trade/lower buy in etc etc

To some extent it’s standard accounting language to cover their backs if things go heads up etc etc

But of course those words wouldn’t be there if there were no material uncertainty .
