I agree Brew...but my post was a bit tongue in cheek

If any kind of litigation settlement comes in it will be painted as 'revenue' even if it is not technically 'revenue'.

Money in the bank is money in the bank.

Obviously a conclusion of this would be considered ‘revenue’.

But of a balls up if I remember:

“ While the above matter is currently being assessed by the Company’s legal team, the Company still hold the above Settlement funds, minus the €170,000 paid to the Receiver for the 30% rights. In the meantime, all the parties involved, namely the Receiver, the Sipiem’s statutory auditor’s lawyers and the insurer’s lawyers are being contacted to discuss the contractual implications of the voided Settlement.”

My previous trades went 0.55 av to 0.95 av. Looking at 0.8 av to around 1.25 this time...but we will see. Might have waited bit longer for a lower buy in but could have missed the boat (again!) 👍

Personally with the strong recent performance ( post results which aren't bad at all), secure debt financing and big new orders this drop in sp is a gift. I'll have my jam tomorrow😉

Going on the ask at the time it was probably a buy

It’s finally happened … bid price dropping below 0.05p (0.044) means HL portfolio rounds it down to zero 😂
