It's a shame we chose the name of a company (registered at the same address as Clear Leisure Ltd) that is the same name as another Lithuanian based 'cloud mining' operation that is mired in scandal and is all over the web as the next big crypto scam (also involving mobile mining containers). This may not be linked in any way to our (suspended) operation, but having the same name don't exactly help matters does it?

I notice on our website regarding 'MinerOne" that the remaining balance of the venture is held by 64bit Ltd, which when doing some research appears to be DISSOLVED ?? Although there are a number of companies with similar names.

The only issue that I think that should have been RNS'd that hasn't been so far is the decision not to appeal to the high court over the auction of the land after the 6 month deadline expired. Also the update of the register of significant holders on the website wasn't complimented by any proper updates on significant holdings, eg PVB Montor disappearing from the list and being replaced by Lawshares nominees ltd. Surpised that hasn't been a point of discussion?? Are they one and the same ?

Interesting post. I have no interest in rumours in 'crypto land" but there is definitely something odd going on here. Might be worth digging around to see if there is any info on our joint partners in this venture. I suggested ( and was lambasted for doing so) that we were not mining as we hadn't paid the parking fee in the trailer park where our so called mining unit is parked up.

Lets see what is forthcoming on this and other matters at the AGM. I'm in London on Monday so might just see if I can get myself along.

I'm presuming the infamous 'data room' is open on Dewar, and seismic data is currently being collected with shell on Pensacola . There is also a new licensing round coming up, and who knows, we might be back bidding for our old relinquished favourite p2248 .

Some regular 'businesslike' RNS's on whats going on over the next few months would help stabalise things here. This should be well in the 2's and moving up from there, but does 'seem' present a bargain when you can buy at 1.685.

But you have to take into account that a lot of shares in the nominee accounts while HL are small pi’s with relatively small holdings who can and do buy and sell at any time

I concur KNigelK. I hope your strategy bears more fruit than mine. Longer term is generally better, although there is always the risk that the money runs out before it can be recovered , a point undoubtedly not lost on those the company are contesting .

Funnily enough I changed my position whilst considering RKBs pre RNS summaries and by counter arguing some of his points . But I still disagree that my volume of sells on its own makes any difference . And fortunately for you I can’t hit the sell button any more.

I can absolutely guarantee you that I have had no influence on the share price.
