I didn't see any market abuse???

Just MMs pushing through a 5 trade to mark the bid price. The actual mid price rose through the day, so I fail to see where the market abuse is?

I didn’t sell out for £37 as you well know .0ne trade I made was a sale of 774k shares to release money for elsewhere and was at that small profit( before dealing fees). I only stated that particular trade as there was speculation on who was selling and to dampen down the continual conspiracy theories on who is ( or was).

I had 4.4m left, sold some the next day for 0.23/0.24 and the rest the other day for around 0.31. I had one aim, and that was to recover losses and then exit . I have done so . I never pumped this share up to do so and was just as sceptical when holding as when not .
Supply and demand largely dictates the price although general sentiment and market conditions can also sway investors one way or another . I’ve not made any new claims or points since about this share since I sold out, but I have (and may very occasionally ) challenge what I see to be false or misleading claims by others , which are not always intentional, just a misreading of the information out there .
Some will see that as being my agenda to lower the price and get back in, but I can state categorically that is not the case , although what most say on bbs is impossible to actually prove .
I only have 1 share left I am invested in on AIM, so I will turn my attention there .
I will be pleased for holders if this recovers as it hasn’t been a pleasant journey and your gain will be my loss , but as I’ve said before...I’m much more comfortable NOT holding here .

I don’t disagree that CL17 will very likely eventually receive the 80% less costs , and then the rest at a future date .
But as I said there is no time frame , other than to realise it is already very very late and much reduced from the sum initially envisaged and accounted for .

It’s easy to have a pop at me , but what has happened here today is an absolutely typical AIM pump and dump . I sold all my shares as soon as I saw the price above O.3 without even reading the RNS . I’ve taken all that money off the table and so will not be buying back here .

If you go into a casino don’t be surprised to come out empty handed .

This mornings RNS simply confirmed the courts have authorised the proceeds of the land sale to be transferred from the auctioneer to the liquidator.
The liquidator may under certain circumstances be allowed to distribute 80% of this , less costs, before the liquidation process as a whole is concluded.
So it’s one further step towards this end but there is no indication as to whether the court has advised the liquidator to release these funds early or whether they even have the jurisdiction to do so. The next step maybe a day or a month or a year , and is already priced into the NAV of the company , even if not reflected in the mcap.

Its extraordinary that RKB claims he know the outcome of the case but has had to face no questioning as to how. If the case had been positive it would have been RNS'd by now in my opinion, even if the final letter of approval had not yet been received. It seems more likely that the decision, although deemed to be likely to be positive, has not yet been received.. I think the stakes have become quite high here now, from all sides and so we have a big game of bluff going on.
If RKB and/or the company know the result but have not disclosed this to shareholders then that is a very serious issue regardless of the result.

I don’t know the answer, but as someone hinted, it’s probably a larger institutional holder offloading oil and gas stocks to green up their portfolios, and the MMs are just feeding them in to the market as and when.
Whether that’s the case or not, if you believe this is a good investment then keep loading up if funds allow .

The certain circumstances probably depend on whether they considered the request before or after their long lunch ;)

Can you elaborate on what was tosh ? I don’t mind an argument over a valid point, but most posters on here just make assumptions and guesses based on their particular agendas .

I know you won’t agree but I don’t have an agenda here . Those that do get on with it behind the scenes with only oneknows musings to make them raise an eyebrow as to the source of such wisdom .

The mediapolis land money has been priced in for a long time ...although it has been revised down a few times . One of the factors ( I believe) the SP is down this low, when it should be nearer 0.35p on NAV, is the market pricing in the risk that CLP won’t be able to realise these cash assets by continually being thwarted by the Italian system . So in that sense getting 80% of the money paid would be a victory and should boost the price to nearer NAV on its own . But then other factors come into play and this will likely be held below 0.25p for as yet unclear reasons relating to behind the scenes plays .
But for all pi’s that hold I hope it breaks through that back to a more realistic price .

MMs don’t encourage buying with such a wide spread, but it’s not surprising given the lack of volume . You can buy 1m for £300 less than this time yesterday .

I’m sure CLP will update immediately they have a positive confirmation. RKB thinks they already know . I’m not so sure ... not that I think it will necessarily be a bad outcome . Don’t be surprised if the share price drops on a good result , as most spikes happen in the anticipation of news, and actual news gets sold into .

They clearly stated within the next ‘few’ days . Few not two ;)
