Still 3 RNSs to come, in next 2 weeks, Howardzz; the Q2 operations update, which might update us on the EPC (incl. a furter postponement!!!!!!), the EPC update itself (or its postponement), and the Chinese offer on running the mine.

I don't know Howardzz, a 20% spread on zero - almost - volumes is UNUSUAL; plus, Bid has already risen from 1.40 to 1.60 (i.e.15%) in just 1 day, again on zero volumes.

Barravelli, too early for Chinese buy out, if ever; permits are in name of western owned entity, maybe RoC might not want to upset the US; Chinese will be interested once the mine is up and running (maybe run by them) and can see the potential; why take any risks prematurely? They can pay if things are right, at right time for them; IMO, still many things up in the air (incl politics).

Compared to the dearth of RNSs last year, the Co is doing a good job marketing-wise i.e. hyping its big-boy connections; these big names encourage other, less known, firms to trust APTA and so IMO, it's going to be a busy H1 25; Mgt doesn't look worried about slow cashflow now so - again IMO - they probably expect some decent size RNSs over the summer (eg the top 5 licensing opportunity - evaluation ongoing since Jan24), Neuro-Bio LFTests' launch, the website revamp etc.

ΙΜΟ, a placing might be needed next year if big deals are signed and increased WCap is needed; SP is low because revenues have been lower (since Feb 5th RNS) than the mkt expected; and yes, there is the worry that the cash might be insufficient; however the Board seems bullish about the short term prospects i.e. that current pipeline will yield sufficient cash to see the Co through until Revenues start increasing to the required level. It might be that the Board expects to have material news in the next 3-4 months, that will yield hard cash (eg upfront licensing) and/or the SP will rise enough to justify a small fund raise of eg 1 mln at a higher SP. Just IMO.

It will happen (stakes are too high, not to!) but there will be give and take; at the end of the day, the project has to start somehow and the Board might decide not to insist too much on xyz terms of the contract; the Minister is also watching; the "good" thing with a big team involved in the negotiations is that once it's wrapped up it'd be leak out swiftly IMO.

The numbers are still low, but as the big boys (AStra, Unilever etc) are not bothered by it, then that's not too bad; we will see how the Mkt reacts.

Mozax, maybe there is a big BUY order pending and/or a good Trade Update is expected (Monday?).
