2018 was a long time ago, Howardz :); plus there have been more shares added since, so it's the Mkt cap you need to use as a basis. NPV is forward looking so the valuation will be assessed on expected net cashflows (Potash price x production Minus opex and finance costs); so, not an easy exercise, hence the ups and downs in the SP.

Haha, I'll take that as a compliment! I think we need to wait a bit more for valuations; EPC needs to be signed (SP will jump as uncertainty is lifted), then financing details announced (and Broker Notes will follow); the lower the debt to be used, the lower the cash burden to service the debt, so the NPV will depend on the ratio of debt to offtake cash, and cost of debt. IMO, it's still too open ended to assign a valuation but the SP range could be from 5p to 10p.

It's just the GM for the small fund raise; usually, nothing material is announced at such GMs. As I said, the price rising will be our guide/confirmation that something is afoot; the Chinese will know about it, all the Board associates, the Minister and the whole RoC government (and kids and spouses!!); so, the RNS will just confirm the rise, IMO.

Assuming this will take place on a Saturday, and given the August holidays, I would expect some price action pre-RNS (eg on the Friday before, or Monday after, if RNS is delayed); probably in late August the earliest, more likely we will see volumes rise in September? Just IMO

We will know on the 14th if the new holders will hold, or sell and lock a 20% profit.

Despite the "scare", it seems that some big trades (BUYS) have occurred, when you would expect the new holders to sell out and lock some profits (albeit small); it's positive to see that nobody jumped ship in recent days - IMO, an RNS should come soon, based on recent trading activity (remember - a lot more insiders now!).

A lot of selling of "winning" stocks has taken place, to cover losses in other stocks; with USD interest rates going down, global inflation dropping, oil, metals etc dropping, I don't see how that would be bad for KP2's USD 1.5 bln construction project.

All that remains now is for ALb to "re-appear", saying that he actually owns a few million shares, bought at 0.50p or something!!!

The Company met senior PowerChina officials in Beijing in May 2024 and again in Dubai in July 2024, where both parties satisfactorily resolved all outstanding commercial points. The agreements are now with the respective legal counsels of both parties to finalise the agreements. When the agreements are in final state Kore Potash and PowerChina will work towards fixing a date for signing ceremony with the Minister of Mines and his colleagues of the Republic of Congo in Brazzaville. Following the signing ceremony relevant details of the agreement will be made public.

@Herefor, I tried to state the facts, which are gruesome for now;

We, the shareholders are biased mostly; yes, the technology is great, but still unproven; it will take time for this proof so the Market is - understandably - being cautious, especially after 2 fund raises in just 1 year; for now, Management does not have much of a credibility so the numbers have to do the talking; and we need time for this to happen; hence why I said, downside is limited (as we are all in for the long run) but also the turnaround will take some time IMO; 6 months, 1 year, 2, who knows? But, IF it all goes to plan, the upside will be substantial; so, a lot of patience is needed, not much else we can do.

SP had crashed - back in Jan - from over 1p, to 0.55 on the possibility that another fund raise might be needed; during these past 6 months, the Co announced many deals with both big and small players but alas, cash-flow remained weak, which pinned the SP down and eventually led to this latest fund raise; the Co said that it will further reduce cash outflow, to ensure a 2-year cash runway.

Despite Management failing the shareholders twice in a year, one can assume that the new S/Hs (who drove a hard bargain and got a 65% discount on the already crashed SP) have now done their homework and have seen some numbers (and snippets of potential deals), so as to ensure that they won't be diluted too; therefore, assuming that indeed the 2-year runway will hold, is the SP more likely to rise or fall until licensing etc deals allow proper cash flows to commence?

I dare to say that ALL the bad news are now in the price BUT the huge number of new shares (@0.20) will keep the SP down for some weeks/months, until such time that the Co has really got its cash in order, with positive cash flows.

In conclusion, IMO, the downside is limited but range trading is quite likely for the near future as the new shareholders will be selling their cheap shares into strength; however, this is also an opportunity to slowly build a stake at low prices.

had it gone badly, would an RNS not been issued by now, with insider selling occurring simultaneously?

IMO, all is not lost yet, i.e. not bad news expected from the meeting but, probably more time needed to finalise the EPC.

There will be appx 1.9 Bln shares, currently @ 0.30 = Mkt cap of 5.7 mln; the Co will have 3-3.5 mln Cash,i.e. a Value of less than 2mln ex-Cash; before the crash, it had a mkt cap of 3mln.

So, all the IP, the contacts, the work-in-progress and collobaration with Top 10 Pharmas are valued at 2mln by the Mkt;

Reasonable?
