Well, the SP did rise from 0.50 to 3.40 on the expectation of these news (with some leaks along the way); now, the elephant in the room is the financing details and if the Chinese will spring any surprises on the 19th. IMO

so, probably not much action until the 19th.

Used to be "within 6 weeks", now changed to "within 3 months"; so, definitely January the earliest. IMO

I think that would depend on the financing details? It seems they need more time now (up from 6 weeks)?

Hrdzz, my posts had relied on public info and my own - logical I think - assumptions; "the sceptic" you refer to was a deramper-ramper, depending on his positioning and last time he/she/it posted was to say that he had sold out at 1.10p or something; so, don't be surprised if he appears today and says that he actually bought back in at 1.11!!!!! :)

Signing'd be on a weekend, as per usual practice IMO; thus, RNS tomorrow re Q3 update must mention to "some delay" re the signing; depending on wording (if a certainty or not), the SP will react accordingly.

Judging from positioning (buy volumes), odds seem to imply that the RNS will not be received negatively IMO.

We will get at least 1 RNS tomrow or 31st (ops update); spread tightening (3.08-3.01) is always a good sign IMO.

Either way, we are just 4 trade days and 1 weekend away from month end; as a minimum, we'd get the Q3 ops update by Wednesday, so EPC news (or lack of) have to be disclosed; ideally, both ops update and EPC signing!!!!

Just IMO, since the SP rose slightly at close, it was either a buy or a cross trade? (insiders switching stakes, so no net impact?)

There 'd be news ("trading Statement") to cover the period from July to October end, question is, will it be sufficient to move the SP up?

Ant, AIM Rules require the Interims to be released too, for trading to re-commence. Co said "later this month" i.e. 1 week or so, left.

If not mistaken, those Forecasts are at least 2-3 years old, based on the undiluted (-75% dilution) share numbers, hence meaningless IMO. However, tomorrow could be the start of a turnaround if outlook is positive, albeit I'd be extremely happy if we breached 0.25 and then 0.30; over this SP level, the TP boys who bought at 0.20 would probably start taking profits.

As DVRG was delisted, and it was a private deal, I'd be surprised if this 'd have been made public in any way.

Question is - who took the money from the sale? DVRG's Administrators?

In the past 4-6 weeks the Co also hired one Bus Dev Manager for the USA, and another recently for UK (& Europe probably); there no ads under Careers any longer and these 2 guys sort of announced their new positions on LinkedIn, recently.

Technicals are also positive, if we get good news on Tuesday the SP is heading for a breakout (upwards).

Run out o f money if EPC is not signed; but you said that the EPC will not be signed in next 2 weeks, with 100% certainty.
