Interesting, to say the least, that people are slowly and methodically accumulating shares even at 2p on zero news; a good base is forming around 2p, meaning a jump higher should the RNS land soon.

I think the guy who bought 2mln shares just b4 Friday's close, @1.98p, will agree with you.

They specifically say Top 5, Top 10, Top 15 but no idea why; could be the NOMAD requiring it (mkt practice?) or, the Clients themselves (self-defining?).

Since the Co wants the RNS to have maximum impact (positive spin), I assume the Co itself wants to show the Mkt how "big" the client is; and that's the most permissible way i.e. to satisfy both the NOMAD and the client demanding confidentiality; had the Co defined the ref. year (eg Top 5 in 2023) then, what's the point of vagueness? IMO

Anybody knows the bottom 2 names? look new to me. So, 70% is held by LT investors, leaving 30% of shares (£20mln+) in PIs hands - FWIW

Correction -- 1st week of July (last year Update was released on July 4th).

In any case, by 1st of July we'd get the FY24 Trading update, which should also state the Cash balances as at June end; it had 2.1mln cash at end January, and burning 285k pm since then, means 1.4mln minus i.e. 700k Cash left at June end; any additions to that will have come from Revenues booked/collected in these 5 months, so if it has balances of 1.5mln+ (in total), it means 5+months of extra cash runway (i.e. to Dec. 2024).

If not mistaken, APTA uses (see Investor Presentations etc) uses 2020 as the Ref year for the ranking it uses (for its Pharma clients).

SWky, I see your point; if PChina want control, they have to buy the Investors out (some of which are Chinese anyway - even SQM is 22% owned by the Chinese); I'd say - roughly - KP2 is already 10-15% Chinese owned.

Old broker valuations (heavily discounted due to risks) were at 10p+; but these were 4-5 years ago; since then, the war in Ukraine and the coming Cold War with China means that the WEST will put more value on Potash Mines OUTSIDE the ex-USSR and China's reach; ignoring for now, that Nigeria's (and Africa's) population will be exploding by 2050 (we will be dead by then :)))) ).

IMO, what's important is that we had an impressive run of 400% (from 0.50 to 2p) on quite a lot of BUYS, whilst the insiders (Board, Chairman, Inst. investors etc) DID NOT sell - which is a huge vote of confidence; therefore, with daily swings of 10-20% (including spread widening-tightening accordingly), some profit taking is expected by traders who got in at 1.5p and below.

I'm quite confident that you will make a huge gain, and the pain will be very short term; just 3 weeks to FY24 end, Mgt has sounded very bullish in the past few weeks so I reckon there are a few more super RNSs on the way - just IMO of course.

Downside limited at these levels, upside substantial once this "placing" palaver is out of the way.

Y000, very interesting to read "in time the intention is to move onto the main board of LSE"; for that to happen, I assume on FTSE250, it'd mean our SP would need to rise to AT LEAST 8p, as the minimum mkt cap now is around 260mln (Ferrexpo is the bottom stock as per below link):

Of course, 8p+ is not unfathomable as it all depends on how the financing is structured; the more debt and offtake, the less equity needs to be raised.

I think the RNS after the AGM will just say that all Resolutions etc have been passed etc, nothing new.

Re Minister, the most positive IMO is that he has patiently kept quiet all these months, without moaning - in public at least - indicating that he is aware of progress and that it's up to the Chinese now.
