HGrd, I promise to attend the AGM when the SP hits 10p; so we will meet in 3-4 years if all goes well.

Having said that, I must add that I have great belief in MET; if things go well (we will know in a few weeks) then there is huge potential (water pollution and scarcity, PFAs awareness, big partnerships hopefully lining up etc).

That's the issue, Sol; Working Capital - they sell on 30d credit (longer for the Qataris) so if they have Sales of eg 200k pm, then - assuming a 50% GM - they have to fund 100k per month (plus salaries/other expenses), before receiving the 200k. If you add the time needed for production+delivery (usually overseas), the period from order receipt to payment collection might become 3-4 months? this is why recurring sales of high-margin Reagents is critical.

BTW, 9 trading days left to month end, 26 May bank holiday so maybe by 27th May?

Nice vote of confidence today; good to have slow, steady upwards moves in anticipation of positive (IMO) news by next month.

Wales is different Sol, it's water monitoring Vs PFAs detection in the US (which is huge!); no names as it's highly confidential, but if MET and its US partner gain 1st mover advantage and "lock" the market, then returns will be enormous. We have a few more months to Year end (updates promised by then) BUT priority now is for MET to show it's (soon I hope) breaking even, at least.

What's useful is to see regular operational updates (every 2 months or so), plus LinkedIn activity is picking up; at least they are being transparent.

But we are still not out of the woods, we need to see cash burn dropping / cash b/ces increasing, as it limits trading opportunities otherwise. Next RNS will be make or break IMO.

Audit will be on time, too much suffering last year to allow repetition of delays! IMO, most critical for the Market will be cash in hand, and cash burn since March 31st; if cash levels are the same or higher, it'd imply that MET can cover its cash expenses from increasing revenues. Just a few weeks more to wait.

It seems 0.56 was the bottom? already Ask is 10% up; IMO, Premier Miton will regret selling their 4.6% at the bottom.

Ctw, it depends; they might issue to confirm the exact number of shares, post-issue and/or something material, or they may provide this info later eg with the AFS; either way, some updates are due by June.

A 100% rise (to 7p) on term sheet release is quite realistic IMO as it'd take the mkt cap to just over £300mln; as the Broker and insiders will already be aware of these details, the SP will adjust (upwards hopefully) almost immediately, especially if a flurry of BUY orders follows; I say this because just last week another stock I hold (SYM.L) did exactly that i.e. jumped 100%+ upon release of a material RNS (not mining related!).

BTW, it's not even £50.000 worth (this 4.6%) so even one of the 3 Directors might have picked it up - that'd be a great vote of confidence!

You are probably right, because if PM were selling gradually their stake down they 'd have been obliged to issue a TR1 when dropping to 7%, then 6%, 5% and 4% but now it happened in one go - so, probable that someone bought their 8mln or so shares; if/when this TR1 is released, it may jolt the SP upwards. IMO
