It's a free database and APTA is one of the "suppliers" - good for publicity and mkt visibility IMO.

IMO, the Mkt is still worried about a potential fund raise; however, should that occur:

1- should be in the next 1-2 months

2- it would be for less than 1 million

3 - on a mkt cap of 7mln, the placing SP would be around the 0.30, so any dilution will be miniscule

4 - if/when this happens, that would be the bottom as there'd be nothing else holding the SP back - IMO

So, we have a few interesting weeks ahead of us.

Hi Sol, IMO this is great news; firstly, the 7.8% is on the increased share capital (300mln shares); this means that the fund raise has taken place, hence the AFS 2024 should be released tomorrow, on a going concern basis; 2ndly, despite the dilution EDALE increased its stake meaning that it contributed more than 5% of the funds - a huge vote of confidence IMO.

I think tomorrow's AFS release will be an inflection point, especially if Mgt releases a good outlook for H2 25. GLA!

We will get 2 RNS by June end, one (already delayed from June 16th) about fund raising and the other about the AFS 2024, around June 25th.

And promised - by eoJuly - the interim results (H1 2025); so, 3 RNSs expected over the next 5-6 weeks.

Do not justify the 30+% rise this week, IMO; I reckon that the Mkt Maker is privy to something to be announced soon.

People have waited for over a year for SUMMIT to arrange and execute legal docs for Loans & Offtake, when for 2 years it said it needed just 6 weeks to organise that - instead, it's back to square one and not even the offtake partners (Chileans and Omanis) have not committed $1 in offtake; even worse, the Early Works have been delayed to year end (instead of June end), meaning more delays, costs etc.

So, a lot of people have thrown in the towel (myself included) as there is still no visibility as to the conclusion of the funding, and now, with the MEast in flames soon, funding may become more difficult.

Even the Brokers have been unable to produce a new TP because everything - IMO - is still up in the air.
