New Mgt has been cautious and kept to what is RNSs so far (since early 2024) so, as per the below, from May:

Co has been around since 2011 on AIM but never profitable so if it turns a profit by year end it'll be phenomenal; it will IMO as its focusing on high margin, low value recurring items eg reagents etc; the bigger the base of equipment installed, the bigger the recurring % of sales.

No panic selling, for a change!

FWIW, they took 54% of the Firm Placing shares and almost 1/3 of the total new shares; must have loved the presentation by Arron et al.

Took 35 minutes after the RNS to execute, showing how little IMO available stock there is.

Looks like Tracarta is a BVI investment firm, buying stakes in risky AIM and other small caps; long term for sure, and looking for potential gems. IMO

Theracryf is another biotech AIM stock, promoted by TPope.

I'd guess that Wednesday (Thursday now, the earliest) is not "early next week"; let's hope they don't extend beyond Friday.

IMO, T42 is cash flow positive already, otherwise why would the Auditors allow release of the AFS with a 2mln capital deficit? The Mkt now is waiting to hear about the Conv loans' status, as this may lead to big dilution if converted and/or a placing is needed to pay these off (not sure if allowed though, other than through cash flow). Either way, I think the co is able to service the interest out of cashflow and the CLoan holders have an interest in the co's success so it's a matter of negotiation now how to keep them happy (whether converted or not). Discussion b4 even April (as per Apr 7 RNS), therefore already ongoing for 3-4 months. Let's hope to a good result.

With funding risk resolved, mkt can now focus on the deals coming through; 1 year ago (8 July) we had the Update plus another deal with Unilever, and a few days earlier, the SiRNA deal with AZen. Not unlikely that tomorrow, or soon after, something big is coming. GLA

Nice! Once we clear the 0.45 resistance, we could hit 0.50-0.60 with a good Trade update and/or a new agreement. IMO

Ant, do we need BBulls to tell us APTA is a BUY? :)

It was saying "stay in cash" 2 weeks ago when it was 0.31! Their chart relies on closing prices so by definition it is always 1-2 days behind the market. IMO

W'd ve been nice to mention the potential dilutory effects of the 2 Con loans; I wonder whether the next RNS about these will impact the SP in a +ve or -ve way; shouldn't be long though?

I have recently taken the plunge into the high risk, high reward (potential) of T42; good analysis below, IMO.

FWIW, I just put a dummy SELL for 2mln shares, got a Bid @0.3775.

IronM, nice one, tnx. Might get some positive push when the (2?) cornerstone investors are announced if big names in the field.

Ant, on a post-dilution basis, we already are in the blue; the SP 'd have adjusted to 0.34p, now it's at 0.357 Bid, up 10% from the 0.33 at mkt open. If you look ahead a few weeks, other than the Trading Update for H2 2025 (due next week?), any other RNS to be issued will be about new contracts and/or scientific breakthroughs. Nothing to hold the SP back IMO.

No news; they said today, the latest.

This cloud hanging over the SP has now dissipated; cash of 2mln will be invested to accelerate growth and new investors obviously have been presented with something they liked.
