We don't "need a rocket", we want stability and steady rises so that PIs can start averaging down without worry, and sellers to be discouraged to take small profits on the way up.
In any case, my SP estimate is 0.10 by summer and 0.15-0.20 by Xmas.
MSYS has zero debts and plenty of cash.

well, this year should give us news of contracts with Kingfield, maybe a MERCK drug production collaboration, Labskin for personal care, more sales with Modern Water.
So, plenty to come IMO.

Helium are done with TR1s, they don' t have to issue one;
If the buyer held 0 shares and is now at 2.97%, again they don't have to; only when they exceed 3%;
Therefore, if any existing holder or the Co has bought this 2.97% stake, a TR1 will have to be issued.

My money is on the Co itself, buying the shares for Treasury purposes; at a cost of 0.04 it made basically an instant 0.06 (i.e 150% return or GBP116.000) because it will not have to issue these shares in 3 years for its Staff and Director options; they will still pay 0.10 for them, whatever the SP is, at the time, but the Co also avoids dilution by not issuing another tranche of 189mln shares.

Even a consolidation at these levels would be very positive, given the 50%+ rise from the lows and pending 2022 Results and other RNSs about collaborations with Labskin, Kingfield etc.
It will hopefully make people start thinking about the upside, rather than worry where the bottom is (was) now that Helium is out of the way, and the main sellers will be PIs taking a small profit here and there. IMO

Assuming that the Co will start showing profits (by y/e 2023 IMO), it'd be able to utilise its 6+mln of recognised tax losses in its books.

there will be profit taking by some but also plenty of news to re-rate the SP higher up.
