Actually, H2 22 is very important as it should bring us closer to B/E.
735k in H1, with 1300k possibly - max - (my assumption), we could get close to cash b/e for H2.
If Services have increased by almost 50% from H1 to H2, it 'd mean that in H1 23 we are looking at even 2mln.
So yeah, 2022 results are important as they will show the trend, both for cash burn, net margins and how soon profitability can be reached. All IMO

What's important, IMO, is that USA yielded less than 10% of our H1 22 Revenues, so plenty of scope for increases;
I also note that our Utah-based partner provides in-situ services to the Oil industry, which is currently flush with money; if MSYS can break into that market, lots of potential.

it means more sales in the US for MSYS, IMO.
Though the equipment was jointly developed/shared, MSYS will make money from consumables and probably Analysis services.

I told you 2 years ago (when you first joined this BB) that DVRG would not buy MSYS for various reasons, big discussions with you and PaulCon.
I also wrote posts (straight after the fund raise, in Feb 21) why the SP was not worth more than 0.15 and not 0.40 that some had bought.
So yea, quote me freely :)

rerating will come with the proper RNS releases, NU; 2023 is the year.
Don't take my word for it, just wait and see. B/E is near and profitability will soon follow.
