Anyone have any insight as to why this is being hammered?

Is it always so difficult to contact local property experts. Just typed in a Leamington postcode which returned, "sorry we're not in your area yet". Why not just give me the next closest LPE. Then I found a place to search for LPE's and that wouldn't let me enter my postcode. Worrying, it shouldn't be that difficult, when the whole success of the business revolves around the website.

Thanks Resipsa. Interesting read. Agreed, expansion is aggressive. I just wonder if its overly aggressive. They're still a relatively new player in the UK market...even more so in Aus. If things go right though who knows how high it could reach.
