@kevc100 if you think it has potential then I think 10p is a decent price to get in at (I have an average of 11.5). But it has been as low as 5p in July and as high as 17p in August, >50p pre covid, and a year high of 80p. There was a 2 month episode where the previous owner sold his entire 60% of the company at 1% per day! It's a bit mental even by CINE standards. There is money to be made/lost. I am hoping for made!

They released a fairly positive RNS this morning but there have been all sorts of madness going on at board level. The ex owner tried to get voted back on to the board today and had promised to buy up 20 29% of the company at up to 20p per share if he got in and was then appointed CEO. A lot of investors saw this as a possible quick profit I think if he pulled it off, but he failed. That set up a lot of selling and the SP dropped from ~13p to around 8.5p in a very short time. Now hovering in the low 10p's but personally hoping that there will now be a period of stability and a steady rise. But WTF do I know - DYOR :-) and GLA

PS - that was only around 16% of my total CINE investment so still in heavy here!

Also sold around 30K CINE shares at 44.4 yesterday with a view to re-investing once I made some quick profit in AMGO - the part where CINE drops a bit for me to get back in worked. AMGO not so much!

I am - in a fit of "genius" I moved my NEX investment over to AMGO a couple of weeks ago at a bit of a profit. Today has not been a good day for my investments :-)

Agreed Boix. No matter how much we WANT the NY cinemas open - there is no firm news to suggest that they WILL open. People wanting them to open doesn't seem to affect Cuomo in the slightest it seems. Maybe he's waiting for the election!

He's been posting the same ramping crap for ages. Every bit as dangerous as the de-rampers. Filtered for me.

I also use google and like it. But just find that with shares like AMGO where the spread can amount to (atm) around 4%, it depends if the most recent trade was a sell near the bottom or a buy near the top of the spread.

Think google prices based on the most recent trade price rather than the actual share price.

What do we think? Doesn’t sound too bad? General meeting after the AGM should be interesting!!

Assuming he means stores in Cinemas rather than owning the cinema itself?

Not a de-ramping post. Average of 55p so down a fair bit and (currently) still intending to hold long. Just wanted to say that this morning (And the previous few months since I first invested but especially this morning!) has been absolutely captivating. Not sure if I love it or hate it tbh but it is captivating. GLA!

That's the one thing keeping me sane right now :-) Yes, a lot have sold - but everything sold has been BOUGHT by someone else. Hoping some damage limitation included in the 9:30

@Bovey Hoping to diversify sometime soon. Will see how tomorrow goes :-) Ideally a good jump in the CINE SP and I will sell some off and hold the rest longer term. Initially bought in at 79p but averaged down to 55p

Holding 75,000 shares at 11.8p. AMGO makes CINE look quite calm! Was under 10p yesterday. Had the ex owner selling off 60% of the company at 1% per day. There's athe AGM on 29th Sept where the ex-owner has promised to buy up 29% of the shares at up to 20p. It's a rollercoaster soap opera on there :-) (My entire pf is 91% CINE and 9% AMGO - not good for the ticker :-)

Apologies as this isn't CINE related - but know a few people on here have mentioned AMGO in the recent past. RNS just released and the CEO has resigned. SP currently up 23%

Whatever it is, it is welcome to keep going in the same direction for as long as it wants :-)
