What a rubbish analysis. All priced in, small cap sell LOL! Is this the same guy who was researching thg, comparing with s4 and was expecting big rise after the update!

I am sure this guy never made money as he is attached to share not with fundamentals.

Stop all those rubbish directors should be buying etc.. Martin has lot of money to burn. He already burnt most of them for divorce, sex workers etc. LOL apart from owning lot of shares at higher price ,most of them should be free i believe.

Anyway, since 31p resistance is broken we should see share price briefly falling below 30p. If that holds then chances of moving up will be higher..

We will see it again tomorrow.

When share price close to 30p, high chance of falling below 30p.. so far holding 31p, real test will be today as market is falling.... end of market price today will determine 31p resistance.

Yesterdays update was so bad that there was nothing to support the share price. Share price will continue to fall. Moody will downgrade further again with already bad B1 rating to S4..

All looking worse for S4 at this moment!

I am sure as you had this warning... it would not be too hard for you to take it when it really happened! Feel sorry for all but you had the chance earlier to cut your losses... Anyway its not the end of the world...

With s4 and Martin... I see it nothing but a dodgy company run by dodgy man who misused WPP assets for his own personal use. That's why he is getting punished and will be punished . Unfortunately this means to his supporters(Shareholders too!

It's all over for S4.. for all the dodgy thing Martin did to WPP before he got kicked off , now paying the price on his own company!

They should either sell this company or file bankruptcy.

Still pending before 7th November update, Market turbulence tomorrow due to US election result. This will keep the share price falling further...

36p is here finally! It will be now on a freefall! Looks like dreadful update coming on the 7th.. investors fleeing/cutting their losses.. you have few more days to decide to cut your huge losses / medium losses as I am sure you have never made money on this !

What an analysis! So these big spenders going to spend on s4 ? If so S4 would have been flying not falling atleast when market was bullish!

Also moody won't give them b1 rating if any chances of improvement!

They have one last chance on 7th Nov.. if that shows no improvement, they will be guaranteed of business !

Before election 37p close... After election result 35p and below.... After update on 7th November, below 30p... All looking good for S4.. LOL!

7th November will be crucial for S4 survival ( for at least few months) as Moody will downgrade credit rating to junk status! Then that will be the start of end of S4 capital! LOL!
