Recent poor UK budget announcement means UK economy will get worse! With all the other negative factors Moody downgrade, revenue going down etc, this company only going bankrupt! Also this company owned by a guy who got decently kicked off from Wpp for his wrong doing!

Only way out will be going bust as no one will ever bid for this company no matter how low they hit!

That's normal for share price to hold 37p on few days of market crash.. Main test will be tomorrow if market crashes again.. if it does and once 36p is hit it will be only on a free fall.

As another profit warning coming soon, expect it to fall below 30p.

With Moody downgrade, brokers not interested on this stock, hedge funders constantly changing their hands, it can only fall.

Their finances going to take big hit with revenue constantly down and won't be surprised if they go bust in the next 6 months!

Wow.. only £9 million cap georgina Energy company got nothing else to do apart from trying to falsely inflate their share price and now going to report to fca.. I hope you are not one their shareholders!

With both UK budget and US election just round the corner, I was wondering where this share price will end.. 29p I suppose LOL... All these bullish market signal only helped it stay above 37p.. now when it falls 36p and below.. it will not stop till it hits 29p..

Feel sorry for retail traders here who think it's cheap and keep on buying it when hedge funders know that this company will go bust soon..

They will never have good news... . Only good news possible will be when any other foolish business will make an offer to buy this company thinking like retail traders here... LOL!.

This business is finished.. all you got is monks as monkeys as that's what you can get when pay for peanuts share price!

Its all because of those hedge funders who are exchanging their trades!... one booking their profit by closing part of their position which is creating short spike and then other taking short position at the same time to bring it down..

At the moment , they are showing only 3 short positions, but there may be more who are short below 0.5% which will never show up!

they survived 37p so far... but it wont be long before it breaks 36p and below....

Hedge funders coordinate their positions with each other accordingly.. if one closes positions , other opens short.

These big players always make money that way.. perhaps that explains sudden rise to 39p from 37p and now back towards 37p !

Companies don't need s4 capital business type.. if they lived without it so far why they would now and spend unnecessary money!

Martin knows that .. and hence his update was always discouraging investors.. if the share price can from 800p to 30s, then it won't take time before they go bust soon..

Atleast learn now that it's only falling before another big fall from Martins upcomimg shocking profit warning update.. LOL

All good for 36p and below this week.. I wish this would have fallen below 36p on the day of previous update but it did not as market was very bullish at that time.. now back to true value... It would be interesting to see when it breaks 36p and then fall towards 29p! LOL!

It does not even make any sense.. The real test will be today when market falls badly.. Getting closer to 36p every day..LOL!

Oh dear! With middle east tension , already battered s4 capital don't stand a chance..

This will keep pushing oil prices higher, investor will flee with instable market , fed may rethink about their interest rate cuts and the list goes on! With their recent poor result with horrible outlook, this will make it even worse..

Share price somehow recovered on the day of the result from 38p as FTSE was massively up on the day and was stable on the following days.. As I mentioned in the past, it has lot more to fall when FTSE enters into correction mode and this is what is happening now. No surprise why this share hardly moved when HSBC upped their target price.

with another poor result delivered during improved market sentiment which unfortunately was the bad timing ,FTSE at super high, geopolitical tensions, US election round the corner etc will be very negative for the share price.

We will soon going to see what will be new historical lows for S4 Captial..
