Martin clearly said it will be an acquisition by S4capital! As he is not in a negotiating mode, talks will definitely FAIL most likely today or definitely in next couple of days and we will be back to square one!

Martin is acquiring MSQ mean the company will struggle financially in the future as they need to fund it somehow means more dilution!

Even at this low share price, no one is interested on this struggling business. All are rounding up as they are all trying their last resort to make their business model work by combing their business! It must be absolutely their last resort before they completely give up their business.!

Its a sell on any rise! Even with merger news , if share price stays low means it has to fall if mergers talks fail!

Watch how share price will fall from 24p... LOL... Sell it quickly before it falls below 20p!

They were expecting takeover .... its only merger talks which happened couple of years ago too.. but this time its happening at a time when S4capital is badly struggling...

Unfortunately, its an acquisition by S4Capital which ensures that share price can only fall!

No bidding price confirmation, just a usual news similar to couple of years ago and the guys here saying 45p open, etc... which is over 100% up, Come on guys, just because you bought penny stocks does not mean you should think like a penny! LOL!

Opening price will be 24p then back below 20p on confirmation that there was not any firm offer!

Looks like 1msn jumping up and down with unconfirmed news... He needs £120 plus for his profit and hence he is trying to bring the same news again and again here.. LOL!

We are not going far away from 27p if its that good news and then going back below 20p..

As you all missed me, I am back.. LOL! So basically we are back to the same rumour that happened a couple of years ago during which the share price initially went up and then back to the square one!

We may see the same again or may not once Martin confirm that's no one approached!

Anyway, we will know that on Monday... Nothing exciting and don't get excited from these penny stock trader discussion!
