Looks like reverse merging will largely help MSQ but not S4capital. We need takeover or proper merger offer not reverse one to help the share price. Integrating small business like MSQ will only give more headache to S4capital and will be mostly negative to share price...

I am sure Martin will have to reject it.

Of course all are invested here from all the way down from £1 plus.. Like yourself, they are all running at 80% and more losses. I would suggest stay away from this for now as earnings are over, market at super high, Trump tariff kicked in means everything going to go up and business will be running for cost cutting measures! This will be only negative for ad business. Even FTSE 100 stock like WPP is struggling badly! s4capital is no where near it!

No positives on this.. Its should not be even called merger! S4capital buying MSQ. Its going to come with costs and also no one knows whether that will work out best for both. We are heading towards sub 20p..

Wow... what a auction for buy price at 22p and sell price at 21p! There will be no auction! Share price will have to fall.. This is not actually a merger... its an acquisition!

No need to look at at chart for this.. If a company is acquiring something, the share price has to fall... If S4captial confirms about MSQ, share price will fall below 20p. Who knows it will start to fall from today!

Share price will definitely lift towards late 20's but make sure you don't become "late" before that! LOL!

There we are! Back to square one... Weekend speculation was nullified by Martin's nice RNS today LOL!. Its time for him to go! Before he does that he should sell the business as quickly as possible as it is getting very difficult to make the business model sustainable!

Its a kind of funny RNS.. Telling the market that its not MSQ buying us, we are buying them! Which means MSQ did not approach, its S4Capital approached MSQ.. LOL!

One can safely short this stock as it is clearly evident from WPP result and other players struggling on the same sector. Trump tariff is going to make it even worse as they start to take huge hit from the huge bills, they need to save it elsewhere where it is not needed, unfortunately one of them is going to be an ad agency like S4capital.

Also market is so high , correction is imminent... All looking bad for S4capital...

As expected share price falling from 24p! It won't be very long before we see sub 20p again! We should get another RNS today or tomorrow from Martin that merger talks failed! This should have worst effect on the share price as whole sector is struggling!

Keep all those takeover rubbish with you! I hope its not that you have been takeover by the huge losses from your silly dreams! LOL!
