The price is being held down until all the JHI Shares converted to ECO are distributed. There is a huge likelihood that loads of those new ECO shares will be sold in short time, therefore it is an opportunity to snap them up cheap by ECO & others.

The potential for ECO is Huge, as the collated seismic data for PL001 suggests much More hydrocarbons than Sea lion. It's probably a large investor in many shares who is shuffling his portfolio around to show some losses before the tax returns are submitted. These mega rich investors can afford to shift things around to shake up a reaction. It would be no surprise if he comes back in for a larger amount in the coming days.
