I'm guessing by that response you think I'm trying to stir something up. Honestly I'm not. Only reason I ask because I was in XTR when the share price was getting hammered because of YA. Just trying to get peoples opinion, nothing more.

Hey I'm new to RGM. Haven't got in yet but I'm considering it. Seems like they have some impressive assets and a remarkably low market cap considering. One things that does put me off is that I heard they have a YA loan - usually a death spiral to any share price. What do people think? Or have I misheard?
