I think that's the case too 5. I'm not sure why people are so quick to pull you up on this point... Do people really think they haven't received hole 5 result yet? How long has it been? Not every bit of mineralisation (sulphide or not) will be economic. They've got loads of info from it though and hopefully it'll guide them to find the sweet spot at that target.

I'm hoping for 1-2% over 100m. Honestly, I would be over the moon if that was announced.

Difference here is that we haven't had drilling results yet. The last few summer's did which led to their rise. AA news is truly transformative.

Most likely. He was high up in Rio Tinto, in another life, so it would seem we are set for a deal with AA somewhere down the line if everything goes to plan. I have no doubt it will.

Can't see AA coming in with a bid anytime soon but I imgine both parties have a vlauation for our licenses in mind. Get some grades in and we should start moving closer to it.

Agree, 500mt at 1% would indeed be tier 1! Hopefully drilling results aren't too far away.

Am an investor in ARCM and just wanted to see what people here made of the exclusivity agreement they signed with ARCM in July for their zambian interests? Obviously ARCM is a minnow but have some interesting assets Anglo used to own

Really happy to hold but surprised the lack of comms regarding these drills. NvS mentioned 7-10days in conference call but we've heard nothing. Maybe an update to say COVID is delaying things or some clarity on work programme? RNS 29/6 mentions regular updates at the end but we havent' heard all that much and it's almost September.

Yes, I think this period will be negotiations more so than DD by AA. I think that NvS/Remy will have a reasonable figure in mind now that'll hopefully increase when this summers campaign has concluded (hopefully with lots of good intercepts). I also think NvS/Remy will not budge from their figures - clear they've had offers previously fro other co's for JVs so know the value they're sitting on.

For sure a very interesting 5months ahead of us.

I think we're all getting a bit carried away. I don't see us being offered 30p/share within 6 months and not for a long while. Kiwara spent $20m drilling and had a huge resource after that so $260m was a lowball figure. Remy said in the conference call he won't be paying consultants for a JORC anytime soon as they haven't done enough drilling - this summers drills won't be enough to take us to a JORC figure close to Sentinel (which is what management want). Based off that I don't see $400m for our license unless we increase the planned drills quite substantially. I don't doubt AA will give us an offer after this campaign but I think valuations are very off atm.

At this point, it's not material for Anglo so they don't need to. Let's see in 6months though...

I do wonder what's taking so long with the Fwiji drills. Last year after confirming minerilisation, they announced grades within a week. It's odd that they confirmed that on the conference call but haven't announced grades yet. I can only assume they want to finish all the drills before sending to the lab? NvS did mention 7-10days for news but maybe that was in relation to Hole 5? Regardless, I think they should be less specific with their timelines as it does no good for investor sentiment when they miss them. Not a deramp as I expect good grades, just an observation as an investor.

Absolutely no chance. I personally don't see an offer till the drilling campaign is over. As long as we keep finding good copper grades, I can see the SP moving north now that it's underpinned by Anglo deal.

Sentinel is a big resource, that's for sure. Like I said, all we can do is keep drilling and proving up that mineralisation.

On the whole, I agree with that Tony is saying though. On the whole, derisking as the SP moves up is the way forward and what Tony is infering is you never know what might happen so why not take capital off if you're up. This is true in a lot of AIM companies.

I think ARCM is very different to most the rubbish on AIM though. We are funded with lots of good exploratory results over the past summers. We will have more money coming in next year through CASA. Anglo haven't suddenly decided they want in - they've been in the data room for sometime having previously held the license. No doubt they wanted JV but NvS didn't as this is not beneficial to us holders. We are in control of what happens on our license. Other majors have also been looking in, they've even enquired post-Anglo exclusivity (as per conference call). If Anglo don't give us an offer, we're not going under - we will just listen to other parties who want in. Sentinel is a relatively low grade mine - compared to our shallow oxide results which the team have stated are the best in Zambia - and that went for $260million. If we can keep drilling and proving up extensive copper mineralisation, I have no doubt those are the kind of numbers we'll be looking at when a transaction is being readied. That's what I think anyway.
