i think it very tough to conclude anything concrete from these figures. We do not know when they started dosinig, how many are enrolled in Soton.

The state of patients when they turn up the hospital, if they follow the exact same medical treatment, ICU capacity of both etc..

Portsmouth have a lower number in beds as well i believe... And Soton have more infected.. I will say after looking at it i wasn't sure if i was clutching at straws but concluded that there were too any variables to deduce anything from it. Perhaps i am wrong though.
