I think we will of entered into some commercial agreements but to think a country is waiting on their governing body to approve to take our entire quota isn't measured, at all.

Would said gov not be pressurizing their approval team to get a shift on if they had already agreed terms... doesnt stack up.

The issue is that we have been told intial sales would be June and announced early July.

No approvals since CE Mark and 2 trading days from Missing that sales deadline (and that is being generous).

It's frustrating.

We are engaged to provide media relations and investor relations support to genedrive and ongoing communications is very much driven by future newsflow in terms of commercial traction. The timing of local registration requirements / regulatory approvals and commercial sales cannot be fixed by the Company as there are many moving parts to the process but David and his colleagues are working hard to deliver these first commercial sales and looks forward to communicating progress to shareholders in due course.



The Company normally provides an update following the financial year ending on 30 June, around mid-July. I would expect an update to be provided therefore in the next week or so. Clearly if there was significant news on regulatory approvals and first commercial sales then we would announce this without delay.



I’ve discussed your request for further information on distribution deals and the process of ensuring their sales team are educated on the products they are selling with the Company. I’m afraid this is a level of detail and disclosure that no commercial company would be prepared to provide externally, and certainly not something that genedrive as a public company would do.
