As referred in last RNS, alternative finance is being sort, if diamonds or Swiss money was coming then there wouldn’t be any need to look elsewhere. The options for the Alternative funding is most likely spiral funding loan notes or heavy dilution. Cant see any other Alternative way of funding.

He will either do a discounted placing to cover going concern working capital, or if he cant get a placing done will let the shares temporary suspend under not being able to prepare final accounts in time. If they are suspended that would be the easiest way to delist it when 6 months pass by in that position. Sadly negatives are written on the wall, i dont see him pulling a rabbit out of the hat in this dire situation.

Yes should see a placing to dilute everyone even further. Also looks like the final accounts are unlikely to be submitted this month due to going concern, which means suspension of shares. AP will not save the shareholders going by recent consolidation and destruction of value of 90% , another negative RNS expected of delay from him to drop and dilute shareholders further. This is what AP has made us feel like.

Waiting on more bad news from AP like how 2024 has gone so far, i don’t expect anything else from him. His not clear in his updates and has made me feel like this in 2024 by the share price destruction and dilution. Many feel exactly like me for investing here

We are facing mass dilution and another consolidation i feel, cant see no other way to pay off debts. Alpha can enforce tommorow if they want. Dissappointing that VAST never paid it during 3 months notice period saying they were confident. I don’t believe a word from AP anymore for all these times his let us down over the years.
