Settlement could include additional compensation and could be worth much more or a JV back on the table aswell.

As for a RNS i would expect it to be late October and the alternative finance to drag on into 2025, i dont see AP giving shareholders a boost before Christmas. 99/100 probability says it’s destined to fail and destroy shareholder value further. Bad news expected

Steward without a doubt any company can rocket and multibag if future is secured, but with history here and uncertainty and vague RNS updates, and a track record of share price destruction to decimate holders, the odds are in the favour of failure. Which im sure you will agree with. This is a huge gamble

Kever the point i was saying was in the RNS it mentioned if the debt was called in they dont have the money to pay it.

Bad news is 99.99% coming going by AP record of share price destruction of the years. i think you need to recheck your expectations. VAST is in default and arent in a position to repay debt, read last few RNSs if the debt was called in they cant pay it

Everyone is waiting for bad news to drop thats why, no finance sorted nothing.
