Curiosity got the better of me on this.... I reignited my caseboard subscription so I can view the latest paperwork. I did this within a few hours of the caseboard website update. I requested a pdf copy of the latest order (dated 15th March) but new docs take a few days before they are actually available.... My account still shows "request pending". Not sure how someone else has gotten hold of it.
I don't do telegram but if someone can post the details, once I have my copy I'll confirm or deny if it correlates with my info.

Just had an email notification regarding the Queeld case. Following last week's hearing the judge has issued a new order.
I no longer have a subscription to caseboard so don't know what the details of the order are. If anyone is subscribed it might be worth requesting the details.

Looks like a bit of activity on the Q/M case.

@RBM. Just wanted to extend my appreciation for what you and the SHG are doing here. As has been posted here many times; I too was hoodwinked by the contents of the RNS content throughout last year. I took it all at face value. Trusted the officially released comms. My research indicated me this was worth taking a position. (Long by the way)
I only have a small holding here, and as such don't really feel justified to be contributing to the conversation out of respect to other holders who are sitting on losses may multiples over mine. I'm still c. 90% down. It's eyewatering to think what others are sat nursing. ⏪These being well researched folk and LTH's for a lot longer than myself. If there is any truth in what's been uncovered over that last few months by your group and the experienced oilers that surround you it's a very nasty and unsettling business.
The experience here has readjusted my appetite for small/micro cap and aim stocks. It seems there can be a loaded deck right there in plain sight.
So I applaud your actions and those that have contributed to the group. Immense time and effort must have gone in. I wish all holders well and hope there is a positive outcome here. Even if that is just bring to task those that seem to have perpetrated this shady deception.
I wish you all well. I hope next week will reveal a little more.

I too have applied for several patents and had some of them granted.... Some of them partially denied 😭. Unrelated tech. Not bio related. A huge aspect here is 'PRIOR ART'. Which is the basis of the searches and what takes time. For those unfamiliar with this... Prior art is having a similar commercially available product or its details in the public domain. In a nut shell the searches are the act of checking it's not substantially been done before. Specifically in the region you are seeking protection. Even if it's the applicant that has done it. If it's out there already you can't protect it.
It's virtually impossible to get patents successfully granted retrospectivly after commercial release or any form of technical public disclosure. So it's crucial to at least apply for them first.
It's complicated. In some cases/regions, if the searches are clear, the patent is granted with effect from the application date. Not the approval date.
The key (for my patents at least) was to seek protection in the jurisdictions where either production and/or sales and/or distribution and/or licensing could lead to an infringement. You pick your biggest threats and largest territories and which aspects of the value chain apply. Sorry to say but in my experience the searches for worldwide, or multiple narrow region protection, took a long time. Iirc in my case over 2 years for some of the overseas aspects. UK/US pats actually happened quite quickly. Aisa not so.
Ploughing ahead with a commercial release before the searches come back and patents are actually granted brings with it an element of risk. This factor may in part explain the news blackout.
I'm not sure it's a given that ciz or any of its partners (biotechnie etc) will take the risk on blowing any trumpets prematurely given the potential revenue prospects. They don't want to breach prior art.
Of course its possible to take a flier and release your idea, hoping that the reverse engineering activity overlaps the possible patent approval happening first. But that is the risk/reward dilemma.
Just my view but dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's is why I think there is a delay. And in my view it's going to be worth waiting for. The China connection is the thorn here.
An analogy... Selling a plot of land with full planning approval granted and highways on board is very different to one where it's all pending.... The latter is basically a field with maybe/hopefully/possibly some upside. For CIZ, having this IP protection alongside any regulatory approvals adds massive value.
If the above is indeed what's happening then I'm quite comfortable knowing that the parties involved are taking a cautious approach. It maximises value and return for all parties.
As a LTH I could do with some maximisation. Lol.

I agree. This activity could be exploratory surface trenching. These scars observed in the sequence of satellite images aren't forming by themselves. It's about minus 20 in Kytlim right now. So whatever it is, it's being done in harsh conditions.
Seems to me an area was cleared of trees back last autumn. Surface works started on or around 29th Dec. So around the time of the tax issue being resolved.
Care and maintenance was declared in the last corporate update 7th December. Also hinted at in the Interims 19th September. There's a clear overlap of evidence vs official company statements.
At various junctures I've presented my findings to the company and requested a statement on what's going on.
Unsurprisingly (tick scottydog) I've not received anything back despite 4 attempts.
Anyway. Thought I'd share it so people can judge for themselves.

Evening lovelies.
WK is allegedly on 'care and maintenance ' (RNS)
[cough] Someone is clearly telling porkies. Satellite images say otherwise. As pointed out by @JayGee
Sharing these images to help all with their research. These pics are from the Sentinel EO browser. Better quality IMO.
ALL WORK SHOWN IS WITHIN THE WK LICENCE AREA AFAIK
I noticed this new clearing on sentinel last Aug/Sept . Area is to the West, detached from the main site. Shaped like an 'E'. Back then c. 0.3 Km2.

Evening.
It may be worth remembering/considering that Kosvinsy Kamen had loan liabilities of around 1.8bN RUB (circa £16M). The way I read it the lion share of their 'income' was from injection of funds. This is itemised in their last published accounts - link below.
NB This document covers FY '22 so inline with EUA's AR. This statement came out last summer from memory.
I can't prove it but personally speaking I think it's highly likely this liability has arisen from cash injected by EUA over a couple of years and the value could well be higher now. If the latter is true then this would account for some of the missing millions other posters have referred to recently.
KK also had a stated c. 1bN RUB in assets (about £8m). Its not listed in detail in KK's accounts but it's most likely IMO the bulk of the asset value is the dragline, electric hook up gear, some exploration drilling and probably also includes the Trav Licence application. + a massive stash of gingham table cloths [just keeping it light :)]
From the last annual report Pg 58...
'Advances [to subs] made in 2022 were used to acquire earth moving machinery, fund mine operating cost and exploration programme. '
In my mind - just my view - EUA has KK loosely by the crackers on this loan facility as KK are tied to a huge creditor who happens to be a majority shareholder. Again from the last annual report 'The amounts owed by subsidiaries are unsecured (at 0% IR) and receivable on demand.'
Personally I'd like to see the concentrate sold- even at 68%. I'd like to see the tax rebate returned - even at 68%. If this is not enough of a cash runway then EUA could always ask for some of the loaned funds back from KK's 32% cut.
All hinges on the sale of the concentrate IMO

"removing certain unwanted elements - - what are these elements?)))"
Add the rest of the sentence and subsequent paragraphs it makes more sense and answers your question...
'...with the optimal end product for separation agreed as a cerium-depleted mixed rare earth carbonate, providing a higher-grade feedstock to the back-end separation circuit.'
Then add the next bit which details how the enriched feedstock helps downstream CiX/CiC efficiency by reducing throughput volumes by 40%...
'The inclusion of this extra processing step into the front-end process does not add any significant capital or operating expenditure to the front-end flowsheet, but reduces the quantity of mixed rare earths to be processed in the CIX / CIC circuit by approximately 40%, with resultant capital and operating cost benefits.'
Then add the temperature reduction cost saving...
'improvement in the impurity and rare earths leach temperature conditions from the 40C set out in the Preliminary Economic Assessment to 30C, delivering a significant ca. 50% saving in energy requirements with resultant expected capex and opex savings'
'...removing certain unwanted elements...' looks like a huge benefit to me.

Morning.
Great news rns. That's a big milestone achieved and the delay explained. Looking forward to seeing what recovery rates are actually realised once both pilot plants are running continuously. I guess this will be published in the DFS, late Q1 early Q2 by the sounds of it.

Linkedin a few hours ago..
The global multi-cancer early detection market, currently valued at US$0.89Bn, is predicted to reach approximately US$2.5Bn by 2030; an impressive CAGR of 16.3%. (1)
The key drivers for the early cancer detection market’s expansion include rising cancer rates, government emphasis on early detection, and the development of precise tests capable of simultaneously detecting various cancers that lack efficient screening approaches. One of the simplest and most cost-effective means of doing this is to develop blood tests to detect the presence of biomarkers for different cancers, such as the CIZ1B biomarker, which is highly associated with early-stage lung cancer.
Early diagnosis and detection have been a key topic of discussion across British media in recent weeks, largely driven by Cancer Research UK (CRUK) recently launched #CancerManifesto which sets out measures and commitments the next UK government must take in order to reduce the cancer mortality rate by 15% by 2040 – helping to prevent 20,000 cancer deaths every year.
Most notably for Cizzle Biotechnology plc, Cancer Research UK (CRUK) outline the need to ‘Drive earlier diagnoses by implementing proven measures, including a lung screening programme, to diagnose cancers early and reduce inequalities in access.’ (2)
Almost half of cancers are diagnosed at a late stage (3). The latest report from Cancer Research UK (CRUK) notes that NHS England is not on track to meet its current target of diagnosing 75% of cancer patients early (at stage 1 or 2 by 2028). Too many people are still being diagnosed at stage 4 when treatment options are limited, and survival rates are poor.
Across the UK, and globally, we need access to innovative diagnostic solutions that can detect cancer sooner.
That is why we are transforming testing strategies; to help detect early-stage lung cancer. Our low-cost, highly effective blood test can detect CIZ1B, which is highly associated with lung cancer at its earliest stage. We announced last year that we are working with Bio-Techne, a global leader in bioscience solutions, to develop their Simple Western system as a high throughput platform for our tests. The automation, sensitivity, small sample input and quantitative nature of the Simple Western system makes it ideal for supporting assays of this nature.
We know that the earlier we can detect cancer, the better outcomes for patients and the greater our chance of survival. Diagnosing cancer earlier ensures everyone has access to the best treatment options available and could mean less expensive treatments for the NHS. Together, we can innovate to beat cancer.
