@oapk, Simple answer is maybe. Whether it was intentional or not is another matter. I got a reply to a simple question I posed via IR. I also contacted the company directly. It was a very clear reply. Impossible to misinterpret it.
Previously I've had a good service from IFC and despite what others may have experienced I believe them to be acting with integrity and professionalism. I've no reason to think I was deliberately misled - what would be the motivation. I'm just a small time PI.
However given the lack of new RNS being issued and the linkedIn post subsequently being edited I'm disregarding the communication I had. I guess there were some internal discussions and it was decided to dial it all back. So I think on reflection it was just a miscommunication. Albeit a fairly fundamental one!
Not much point taking it further, but it's disappointing and I apologise if reporting it here has caused anyone any grief.
Not my intention. I genuinely acted in good faith based upon an official communication. News that I received I took at face value and I honestly believed it to be beneficial for other investors to know.
I'm personally going to drop it. If others wish to take it up then that's up to them. I'd also like to remain on speaking terms with IR so I don't fancy stirring it up too much.
End of the day.... DESIGN or DESIGNED... going from the Stockbox interview I still believe it to be a positive step that Corepath are earmarked to carry out the clinical trials and it's planned to take this project to the next phase. As Jace said earlier the 15mins of AS chatting was way more informative than a short RNS or an even shorter linkedin post.
Were all here to make a bit of money and I hope we all do. I wish you all well.

In fact Widglide you might have a point....The linkedin post has been edited and the wording changed back to that of the RNS.
Clinical trials design.... Future tense.
Now I'm confused.
Others should check it out directly for themselves.

Some interesting theories being discussed here - good stuff. I appreciate we are all just guessing so some fuel for the debate....
Regarding the Tomra kit. Not sure about processing underground at SC. TUN's predominantly an open pit operation, but their setup has several big (physically) processes upstream of the ore sorters. Primary and secondary crushing and some pre screeners. All this gear needs room to breathe and needs a bit of real estate around it to create a buffer to feed the sorter and refinery circuits at a constant rate.
I'm just not sure this would practically fit underground. I totally agree it would be great to carry all of this out downstairs and only bring ore bearing rock to the surface. Just not sure of the feasibility of this? TUN have provisioned large buffer areas between stages; mine workings, crushing, screening and finally the output into the sorting and the refinery stages.
Returning tailings backfill from topside to the mine could be achieved several ways. Gravity is on the right side of helping out here. If everything is bought up top it can be processed sorted and stacked accordingly. Aggregates shipped out, concentrate / pay dirt separated and waste products returned to be backfilled. Main shaft hoist for example could be utilised to return backfill on the (empty) downward journey.
All just my guess. I'm sure the experts will devise a workable plan.
As an aside - it just think it's great to see these SW restart projects making a go of it and seeing the money flowing in to support the indigenous industry. Mining, Tin specifically, is in the Cornish blood. As much as I'd like to see my investments bloom I'd be equally rewarded to witness the industry go through a revival and flourish.
Emotional investing - always a bad idea :))

Ignore the last post it's from today - try this one 30th May

2nd link to 3 months ago if you need it. This was soon after the snow cleared:-

...copy and paste the whole thing (blue and black text) as the second bit is the important part containing the date.
@Deano 9:20. No one seems to have answered your question. 'Why do they still have only £4m of stock pile why are they not adding to it? Has production halted ?'
Not halted IMO but it's been dialled back and as far as I know the stockpile is not been added to, just pure stripping. I guess they are looking to resolve the issues around refining the existing product before they add to the pile.... a pure guess.
Anyway some evidence to back this up. Pg 21 of the annual report:-
'2. Continuing mining operations of the Group
The Group’s current mining operations in West Kytlim mine have been running at reduced capacity at start-up of the season, as we were engaged in stripping activity only with a commensurate and very significant reduction in diesel and labour costs. The Board have agreed a new and extensive mining plan for the remainder of the season, based on electricity powered machinery and equipment.....'

To verify what's actually been going on I suggest you look at Sentinel and scroll back through some dates when there are cloud free images.
This link is fairly clear and from today.
https://apps.sentinel-hub.com/sentinel-playground/?source=S2&lat=59.53938747419363&lng=58.92396926879883&zoom=14&preset=1-NATURAL-COLOR&layers=B01,B02,B03&maxcc=5.137499999999999&gain=1.0&gamma=1.0&time=2023-02-01%7C2023-08-11&atmFilter=&showDates=false
Bottom left hand corner, just to the right of the the clouds you can just make out a little yellow dot. This is widely believed to be the dragline. This blot appears on virtually all images from this year and is always around the same location in the southern corner of Kluchiki.
Compare this satellite image to the one on 18th May (a very clear image) and you will see there has been some progress in stripping operations, extending the area out to the south and west.
TIP - duplicate the browser tab and change only the date on the second tab (do not scroll zoom or pan the pages), then you can very easily A/B between 2 dates by switching between tabs.
Hope this helps.

@Jace and any interested folk on this matter.
I just had an Email back from official channels confirming the last RNS contained a typo.
The correct wording [CAPS] is:-
'The Company is now engaged in clinical trials DESIGNED to support the validation and accreditation of the CIZ1B test prior to commercial launch'
Good to finally put this to bed.
Have a good weekend all.

Good post Cymru. A good interview and worth setting 15 mins aside to view. Agree with Jace and all of your points.
Interesting that AS mentioned our partners at Corepath are earmarked to be performing the initial LDT trial - as the US market is considered the fastest route to gaining an accreditation . Potentially opening up the US market initially was my take. Data from 22 states mentioned regarding Corepaths potential sample cohort?
Also interesting that there is a plan to attend this China Roadshow event in September.
Murf/Cond. China Roadshow. San Diego Bio markers Conference. Seems to me like Sept/Aug could be interesting for the company going forward.

@Neilin.
Hope you're keeping well matey. I'm not sure at all how to interpret that design/designed business. It's very ambiguous. To me the wording of the official RNS is the one to go by which suggests (sadly) it's a future activity being planned now.
I have a few prongs into the company now via a couple of emails and messages to try and get some clarification. Whether the trials are underway or not then there is no reason why someone shouldn't just come straight back and verify one way or the other. Tim has always responded to me in a timely manner previously so I'll give it a few days.
Like you say - disappointing that it's not more clear from the outset.

"We're pleased to announce the expansion of our current research programme with the University of York to develop our CIZ1B biomarker technology for early-stage cancer diagnosis, and other potential applications in cancer therapy.
This follows significant progress in isolating additional new and specific monoclonal antibodies to the CIZ1B biomarker and incorporating these into a new high-throughput clinical diagnostic immunoassay platform.
The recent developments meet key milestones to begin commercial clinical trials. We are now engaged in clinical trials designed to support the validation and accreditation of the CIZ1B test prior to commercial launch.

Not sure what to make of this but last line uses the word 'Designed'. This is different to the word 'Design' from the RNS.
Totally different meaning IMO. Designed suggests the trials are underway. Design suggests they are being planned.
I've put an E-mail in to ask which is right?

Thanks both for the update and sharing this. Checked on this earlier but was obviously too early so didn't see the new posting.
Great news. Even better is 7th Sept is one month before the compliance date to retain the NASDAQ Global Market listing. 9th Oct deadline I believe. Bonus tick there.
Those interested in joining up some previously connected dots should look bact to post by Neilin 31 Mar 2023 00:29... And explore the subsequent related conversations. The unfolding of several coincidences around early autumn was highlighted and discussed at length back then. Murf/conduit merger being one piece in that jigsaw. September / October was seen as an opportune period for news flow.
If the theory is right there's a few more agonising months to go but personally speaking happy to wait it out. As I've said before Dr Dawn has been working on this for decades.
A few science ducks yet to form an orderly line but I hope this finally plays out soon. There's some long suffering holders here from the bou days. Fingers crossed for everyone.

>CL said it had over 100 potential sites in Cornwall as future targets
AFAIK they are looking to run off the back of the 'hot rocks' project from years gone by. I have a relation who worked on that as a driller/crane op. According to him hundreds of pilot bores were trial drilled back in the '90s, mainly around Penryn/Falmouth but many more were trialed, dotted all over Cornwall.
Interesting times ahead for CL.
