It seems to me that it's not really being traded at these numbers.....The value is to

come and most investors are holding for new, news and more news.

But you will always have those that are impatient that need money now.

I believe this to be a well researched share for the people that are in because it feels very much under the radar.

So when it goes, fingers crossed, it will go quick and the sentiment of this being a dog will be well and truly be behind us.

Despite lots of big numbers today on the board (but not many trades) the share actually moved nowhere....It won't be long until the unveiling. I suspect the people that are in are staying...& if anything it's the odd person just freeing up some cash because it's needed not because they doubt.....too many positive signals in this share.

Someone mentioned transfers yesterday.

All these big numbers today are not affecting the share price, are we saying they are transfers?

How do we know this please and how do they avoid the spread cost (If they are avoiding?)

I must admit I was expecting this to be closer to 4 as the crowd take their seats 🥳...

Isn’t this just confirming the agreed transaction date of shares to institutional investors. So it’s a transaction those shares at 3.3p. Presumably they were bought by the investors to sit on and not sell into the market for a quick profit. Also you would have thought they were fully aware of the suspension to follow only a few days later…So it would not of been a problem with their investment strategy if you are holding them. Plus would you invest 4m at this stage without having an insight of knowledge about what news was about to land…… ?? 😊

Ok so this a bit of a nothing event, basically just poor form on filing audited accounts….

What timing ?

I keep asking myself would 2 institutional investors put 4m in at this stage if they thought this wasn’t going to progress??? And the answer has to be no…

Is there a reason why Pedros & the PSC didn’t feature in this RNS? Is it because has been discussed in previous RNS’s? The RNS today was more focused on the drill and the finances and objectives achieved…..but Pedros and PSC is lacking in the update ??

I don’t feel like that is exactly right but i understand why you would say that…….if someone is willing to give you 4m as an investment surely that is with a discount? A month ago the share price was at 3.15 so the price agreed is above that but actually we now have 4m capital in the bank….if you borrowed this money it would have interest on it circa 8 - 10 % so surely 4m investment is worth a discount to put the company in a stronger position. Institutional investors are in here to make money so 3.3 will be long gone in May. This is a positive place to be at 3 .5 - 4 p a share😁

Can you see any other information than this? Iv found the website, image and same quote but that’s it. Fingers crossed for some more updates early next week from UPL

Looks to me like someone decided to offload a large chunk of shares in quick succession, I’m just guessing by the close time proximity…..🤷🏼‍♂️ strange

Nice short positive informative RNS today…..not sure why mid morning looked like quite a few chunky sell’s going through. Not sure why you would sell after an RNS very clearly stating progression and more news to follow soon…would have been nice to finish 10 / 15 percentage up after the start. But up is up and looking forward to this progression..all looking very good IMO
