Jim has all the publicly traded helium companies covered (there are lots of them), on all the exchanges.

Has yet to arrange financing and the terms of that are critical.

Convertible debt in the mixture and the share price is going nowhere, only down.

Still around 30 million convertible debt outstanding from before and it's essential that gets sorted too.

Forget all the promo nonsense and lies from Scot, etc. It's the terms of the financing that you need to focus on.

I know everyone on LSE hates him, but Oilman Jim is right with the change of focus to Australian and Canadian companies. They're more exciting with better stories, do shareholder friendly PR, have much lower market capitalisations, give you a much better chance to make money and actually are regulated, preventing all the abuses we see in the UK, like forward selling of placings.

I saw Pulsar Helium covered in Oilman Jim's Letter on 8 October. It sounds very interesting.

But he does have a good idea of how markets work, Cybertron.

Agree that helium is new for most. It's been extracted in the US for some time, principally as a byproduct of natural gas wells. There's very little detail on HE1 or Noble's sites and I'm not sure what people are expecting: pure helium helium with nitrogen or helium with natural gas. Interested to know people's thoughts/expectations on this.

Regarding some of the inane discussions here, I should point out that Legalwolf is the most informed commentator on this board and should be paid attention to.

Very much depends upon what Majid wants to do. And the financial incentives for everyone.

Sounds to me like Noble might just be drilling a gas well, where helium will be one of the products. They're implying now a 100% chance of success.
