Regarding your previous comment "Those shorting PANR were, and are, taking a big risk of very substantial losses" I think these guys only go large if they know it's a fraud. That's what you see from their history and it would be too dangerous otherwise. I'm not saying that this one is a fraud, but how many have they got wrong? I and all the other people here would be very interested to know that.

I really don't believe they are deliberately trying to push the share price down. I think it's down to incompetence, naivety and wanting to protect their jobs/salaries.

If you want an easy target for director removal, check out this one. Presided over the collapse of Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) which had very similar rig fiascos to what HE1 is experiencing currently. Was absolutely shocked to find her on the board.

Rabito has written a good post, but still fails to understand that PANR is a publicly quoted company and the market experts know more about which way the share price will go than technical experts. That has been proved by the PANR share price collapse and it is true that investors have lost fortunes by listening to the likes of him, Scot and Olderwiser. Lesson: with publicly quoted companies, listen to the market experts.

Noble left the LOI, but they didn't leave the cooperation agreement, which is why HE1 can use the Marriott rig. They're in just as good a position as Noble, perhaps better, since they've also kept the Sofori option open.

Went back through all the announcements. They've been trying to get a rig for nearly one and a half years now. Three appeared to have been secured, but all have fallen through before signature of contract. Yet they don't want to use Noble's Marriott rig for which a contract has been executed?
