It is important to consider what, if any, the value of IM is applicable to the current market cap. Given where we are, I would hazard a guess, very little. Broker valuations have put, a free from legal challenges, estime around £45m (present value). That would seem to point to very little influence over the current SP. However, our persistent seller may take the opportunity to spook the price to new lows in the hope of sparking stop loss selling.

Today sees the first of the Institutional Investor days across H and Ws various sites. The next 48 hours will reveal what these major investors feel about the companie's future. If the SP drops below the recent trading levels (new all time low) we can assume they have no confidence in the management. Of course, we might see sufficient demand from them to take out the ever present significant seller(s). It would be nice to know if any institutions are actually attending. The number attending would be a really important barometer of whether they feel there is any point in the first place. Good luck to the management team and staff in Belfast.

Monday saw a new general manager parachuted into the company by one of its two majority shareholders, state owned ENI. He will no doubt be looking at, amongst other things, the viability of continuing the jacket contract with H and W. The company have already sighted problems with the jacket production (which we knew) and sea bed geological issues. Until they raise fresh capital and debt, it is unlikely they will sign the expected second phase contract. It is probably too far into the overall contract to cut and run so hopefully, they will be back. Like Hand W , their share price has been hit by losses and new issuance needs. Currently down 98% from a their decade high.
With this and the JR hanging over H and W, let's hope they don't commit to too much new employment costs ahead of confirmed contracts. Cash flow is already on a knife edge and the complete silence from the BOD allows the doomsters to dance happily on the share price. Lets hope it's not our grave.

The company need to be very careful. Today could see a new all time low. That in itself could bring stop loss selling. I cannot understand why no updates have been forthcoming on either IM, Ship repairs, wind fabrication or positive cash flow. The silence is deafening. The seller I have talked about for a few months is still hitting bids. I am convinced it is someone trying to break the company. Our only hope at the moment is tomorrow's government announcement. The IM 3 months is up on the 8th so something must be happening with either the debt facility, sale or legal challenges. They need to take this share price seriously.

Next week, Boris intends to release his long awaited levelling up proposal along with Brexit Freedoms. As we all know, this is supposed to push significant growth and prosperity to the regions. Hopefully, the memorandums of understanding that are now being signed in the wind industry will include HW. Energy companies need to make sure that things like fabrication capacity will be avaliable once final planning permission has been granted. Hence MoUs or options on 2023-6 production capacity.

Yes, as a professional it should be. I have been negative on the UK stock market for 22 years. Virtually all my investment has been in property during that time, as it continues to be. However, with this company, I believe it is a vote for the wider community of the UK to return employment back from the Far East. H and W are pushing ahead with apprenticeship's for young people in heavy industry. We need a balance in the economy not just service and tech jobs. Hence, my only equity bet is this company. I am fully committed. I just wished the management would be a bit more sympathetic to the many long term shareholders who have ploughed, and lost, significant money to help (the management) deliver their dream.

A trader who wants to sell size as a priority over price has an agenda.
Either it's a large order with instructions to dispose of at every opportunity, as quick as possible (why) or its a short, holding down the price to build a position. In front of the last two placings, exactly the same price action took place. Cenkos is a leaky ship when it comes to insider trading. I only wished someone at the SEC would look into the abuse of position they hold but I guess they are too busy to look at minnows, a fact not lost on Cenkos I guess.

The positive background noise surrounding the various areas of H and W business model, would, I agree, make for a strong market performance. However, the persistent seller of significant size is ever present. He is currently thwarting all efforts, led by good shareholder appetite, to move (and close) above 18.5p. I find this very strange that despite being close to the all time low, with positive winds blowing around, you should still want to sell large blocks of shares. Something is not right. One has to ask why. Cenkos, to my mind, cannot be trusted.

Scotwind 1 will transform manufacturing I the UK. The first lease for 10 years will guarantee shipbuild and infrastructure.
7,000 sq km. 17 sites. 25gw, approx 1/3 of current UK use. 2,500 wirly gigs (approx). Port re-builds and the creation of a centre of excellence. This will transform the UK economy eith tens of £billions investment of local content. This will prove the purchase, out of bankruptcy, at knock down prices, to be a very shrewd move.
The UK economy is likely to explode with the investment required in, not only Scotkand, but the whole of the UK coastal waters. Stand by, this is it.

Read the tape. Big seller shat all over today's rally. Until who ever it is stops selling we are not going to make new ground. Until new institutional investors take meaningful stake, thus taking this seller out, forget making headwind. This from a significant but loss making holder.

There is a persistent seller who is hitting sizeable bids at every opportunity. Until we know why or who, I suggest standing back. This seller is not at all price sensitive,Just volume. If he is not finished soon and no news is forthcoming, a new low could well be possible. My concern is that at what point is the share capital too small to win contracts. I urge the company to take this seriously or this environment could be fatal. Lets hope not.

Given all of these new wind farms, a donkey could get one of the contracts to supply. The law of averages must apply.
