Final ,final one you can call me a troll now , City,steady your going to be very busy trying to defend this 5 % dilution after ME said on last pod cast no more dilutions and one three days later is it he has really bad memory, he genuinely enjoys misleading people or he likes to laugh at all investors? Now I said I would apologise if no dilution, City anything to say as 5% dilution is sort of a dilution isn’t it?

Morning City , what was it ,why would I possibly think we ,sorry you would by diluted , making so much money so fully funded, you are going to give away more shares,first give away next dilution after ramping RNS , I am sorry but after seeing this morning RNS I will say one last time run if you don’t want to be diluted.So I’ve turned off notifications for Mos now so this is my last post ,so city and follows don’t bother telling me not to post on a board I don’t hold shares in but after all the grief I got .. I told you so now dilution here you go…history repeating third time lucky..

I get all sells are not sell and all buys are not buys but is based on median price but this share is unbelievable some days buys outweigh sells by 4 to 1 with huge volume and SP drops other days nearly equal or sells outweigh buys and SP climbed every day massive after hour posted deals , I’m not into conspiracy theories but if I was this would be up with the moon landing.I think this must be one of the most fun investment I have just for the unpredictable of price and what the future holds.this really is a roller coaster ride

This has got to be the best bulletin board on LSE full of information no one talking of rockets ,just sensible advice sharing of information and appearing honest, thanks for all advice .

Great day for Vela first time in months ,days not closed at a loss ,ok it’s not gained but not 3% down .Board must be ready to pick new investment soon so blind folds on ,pen above piece of paper with all possible companies, spin round three times and make your mark.FOMO really ,but blind faith and Darwin Award nomination post always make me smile

It was weekly podcast before raise ! Interviews ! Constant updates till dilution (twice) what is the saying stupidity is doing the same experiment twice and expecting different results, I think here It should be seeing same pattern twice and then putting your head in the sand saying it will all end up ok in the end . Plus no angry reply about Gfin half yearly report highlights twice they are concentrating on their own ventures, they mentioned other companies they are dealing with and no change in forward strategy into second half of the year with quite detailed info on each venture ongoing (detailed) and mentions other plans going forward .Nothing about new /planned JV ,or MOS . Other companies named .? And a very interesting report . Anyway they said it will be all good soon so that’s alright then.

I think what you are failing to appreciate is firstly none of us rant peddlers on here want the SP to go down as we are invested and lose money . It is a confidence in the BOD keeping us informed, the problem is when they wanted to drive the SP up to then dilute the information was on a daily basis thick and fast (everyone happy) both times ,then as soon as they had the cash nothing silence,and RNS saying we are now only going to do quarterly announcements and after first dilution they did not keep to that ,Now they did this BOTH times after dilution. So it looks like they only let information out solely to then raise funds.and other than that the impression (weather correct or not) is complete disregard for the smaller share holders. so it must be obvious to you as this oh so normally positive board is going in the other direction. We are just getting concerned this is a lifestyle share for them , raise ,dilution repeat.and since no information since the raise there is no reason not to think that .What’s more concerning is long term names on here starting to draw money out .So filter or do whatever it is getting obvious it’s not only a few lone voices in the night getting concerned. Plus Gfin on half yearly state strategic focus on what we own -no mention of JV in fact reads as pointing that out.and no plans to change strategy in H2 so , sorry confirming some details would be nice.

And I know no one is is forced to buy and hold ,if you don’t like it sell . I even Replied for you.

I see the usual suspects starting the spin Rev not important as long as It is about the same or has not dropped (but it might be ok ,my guess down ) ,it’s the big deal on the horizon that’s important , that is what we should be watching ,get them prepared? So disappointing RNS on the way ,poor figures ? Who knows eh ? good to see the Gfin investment going well ,down 10% this month and dropped 1.45 % on the good news today so brimming with confidence on the JV over with them ,just about all time low 1.0 ! What did we pay again for that once in a lifetime offer that we have to immediately dilute you holding again ,after saying how well funded we are ! Well at least we are only down 5% this month ,that will change with RNS . As you all say DYOR or as Admiral Ackbar says ITS A TRAP.

Totally agree ,and like I said I hope your right and I’m wrong ,because that way I get more money , and I have no doubt the first placement was survival of the company and to fund it in the direction we are now headed , they really had no choice or the SP would be next to nothing ,the second I just feel it was more calculated (manipulation) and yes the whole point of a BOD is to do what is best for the company ,but because I feel the second placement was planned well in advance (not last minute) and calculated I’ve lost my trust in them so when they say we are going to make loads of money I don’t believe them (I’m sure they want to due to share holdings) I hope I’m proved wrong .

Both placing had identical run ups massive ramping on webinars and podcasts claiming full funding and the second one was about expire date of warrants then bang next day placement.The first time it was blatant pump and placement by the BOD second time too similar to the first to be a coincidence. I have lost trust in them I hope I am wrong but I think this is all going to repeat before the end of the year.

Steady - I’m sorry you lose all credibility with the board did not mislead, they clearly did twice on both pumps , first time hugely on investment podcast then second time stated in webcast/investment podcast they were fully funded and 0.6 warrants expire Friday as if no more dilutions then did placement follow week .They were clearly misleading .but it is the AIM and we take the risk but the MOS BOD definitely have difficulties in honest shareholder engagement issues . Basically I believe Boris Johnson more saying no parties at no 10 than any news from MOS unless it’s in an RNS.

November at latest because that when I think next raise will be I would like out before that. I really hope I’m wrong and they are doing great and they smash a RNS . I don’t think I’m getting inpatient just worried

City well yes it is on me, I could have sold but was waiting for that little bit more ,and I’m lucky I am down(but still work so can earn it back,) but not like some if you remember that first ramp some people had lost big portions of there pension and you got in a number of debates with them defending the BOD .so after a long silence when BOD started saying how great things were going I thought surly they would not do anything similar again (hence I invested more that’s why I said tricked twice, fool on me) I was wrong .You can not deny there is a pattern by the board , little news ,followed by pump , then raise ,then no news ,so with that pattern I’m just saying time to move on when I can , we both need the price up me to get out and you think it will carry on up ,so I wish us both luck .I’m just hoping to get out before next raise because if I’m right they have increased expenditure and not income.The date I want out by November.so we should have news by then ,but I will be really concerned if media news starts from BOD about high value company and deals on the way before RNS because then I’m going no matter what my loss is. Ok, I probably didn’t read that in RNS . And yes I was greedy and did not go at .65 as I believed the Friday podcast stating if MOS was listed in America 10 x value and they were well funded all go ,to be diluted by 1/3 am Monday but that was water under the bridge and this BB was Toxic for a good few months.But to do the same again and if you look at the post between then and second share dump it was all news soon ,deals on the way profit ,with little info from BOD then when webinars and podcasts pushed up price again then dilutions, so I appreciate the tip to stay but as soon as I’m almost even I’m gone but good luck ( so other don’t wish for too much media info from the BOD it probably means placement) and yes I am bitter

So two lots of share issue almost 12 months apart after weeks of ramping by the BOD on podcasts and investment webinars stating the company was undervalued and if was listed in USA would have 10x market cap ,to then hugely dilute existing shareholders. Not taking into account the BB advice or people plugging on here ,that was them . So I have strong opinion on the BOD and how the company is run ,also if I had large holding and got offered the placement at 25% discount I would be praising them as well.

I have Been tricked twice by MOS claims of warrant ending have funding for future then to be diluted twice ,great deals and sunlight ahead soon (all championed by City ) call it what you will tricked ,swindled fooled. I’ve lost on a few investment (Vela,QBT, and made on a few) but this is the one I feel cheated on and I hope City et al. News soon team ,can boost the price so I can get out before next big dilution ,to close the deal that will make the company.Been here around 2 years and only see pain and more dilutions ahead .This company is most dangerous when they start bragging of big wins soon.
