They have no incentive to do anything. They can just vote themselves another wad of free shares that they don't have to buy. They've shown themselves for what they are.

JHFH, You sound like you're paid by the company to ramp everything as a positive, no matter what.

Awarding yourself a mass of shares, knowing something is coming, would be dodgy as f**k. Legality? I don't know, but I would want the FCA to take a look. You can't whine like a stuck pig and shout 'corruption' every time there's an A trade when the price drops, and then look at today and say that's perfectly fine, I'm happy with that, should Mega news arrive soon.

i expect plenty of people are getting fed up of this complete **** show and getting diluted to buggery. not every sell off is a conspiracy. the market doesn't seem to like this gift to the bod.

No shares have been bought, and if they are, massive dilution. If they had just bought some, that would have shown real intent and belief. Will be close to 10million soon. Not particularly happy.

I said at the time of the RNS, and purely in my opinion, if Hemo and Cellin are moving forward with the tech transfer, there must be some sort of understanding that the Estonian government has been making favourable noises.
