I remember when the share price was plummeting and people complained that Vlad didn't care about the share price. The Hemo Stooges on here kept pointing to the number of shares Vlad et al. held as a reason they would be concerned about the share price. Now the same Hemo Stooges are claiming that Vlad and the board are now only incentivised to get the price up because they've granted themselves cheap, non-risk shares.

They have no incentive to do anything. They can just vote themselves another wad of free shares that they don't have to buy. They've shown themselves for what they are.
