Paediatric approval was a while ago; all paperwork, etc., would be in line and ready for the next cohort. The only thing currently holding this back is Made transfer completion and finding a suitable patient.

I really don't understand what you're suggesting here. Paediatric cohort would presumably still be under MDA, and follow the same trial guidelines as adult cohort 1

If you're looking to purchase a company, you expect total silence on their assets whilst you negotiate under NDA, not expect them to go out and promote their wares to other people by speaking at a conference to other people/companies who could derail your negotiations.
