I was in GGP when it dropped from about 37 p to about 5p (from memory.).My £1m profit almost disappeared.

I'm still ahead here but I'm not selling, it may take years to come back but the asset is huge and will eventually reward the patient IMHO.

Greatland Gold went fro 0.6p to 35p (from memory but I held all the way back to 5p.

Speedie, I agree with you about silver. I believe there's every chance it will outperform gold.

I'm at a loss to find a GGP in silver miners. I hold Fresnillo and Hocschild.

Disappointed by businesslike and minimalistic update promising more jam tomorrow without much enthusiasm or substance.

I'm down 50% here.

I'd rather they paid divis or share buybacks than risk take-overs.

We're facing another lockdown in Thaland with bars closing on the 2nd for fourth time
but the sun is shining and i went swimming this evening.
I've been a holder since before suspension and sitting on about 3.2 million shares, around £100k down . i see huge potential still but i cant understand why people ( and am grateful to them) need to dig out information which the BoD could easily give us.
My New Years wish is for better communication from the BoD to us, the owners of the business
( plus of course a "massive° dividend 'shortly" .

I wish this BOD would just communicate clearly ( no misleading ' shortlys') and as fully as possible.

32,000 in ISA and 130,000 in ordinary account at 19.35p at 14.30 Thai time. Added to my c 2.5 million.

I still annoyed at the poor communications here, I find it hard to believe AIM restrictions curtail the information flow that they can’t even tell us if the putative buyer has commenced Due Diligence!
I’m glad the BOD has released some ( albeit ambiguous) news. Presumably as a result of shareholders threatening to vote against the resolutions. I’m now simply abstaining.

Nevertheless I do believe a ‘ massive’ dividend is coming.I only hope it’s in my lifetime!

I’ve recently lost £500k paper profit in Greatland Gold- a company that promises a Tier 1 gold/ copper project . I was expecting the usual AIM oscillations but not a c 50% fall.
I’m concerned that something similar will happen here if this continues to drift.
It’s part of the BODs responsibility to communicate with shareholders and there is too much we don’t know- for example at what stage is the ‘ credible offer’? Have they finished DD before making the offer?
I’ve been in here from before suspension and bought heavily in the last few months. I don’t want a huge part of my capital tied up for yet another 3- 6 months.
I will be voting my c2.5 m shares against all the resolutions unless we get some substantial news.

Selector - I live in Pattaya, the weather is usually about 30C but now in rainy season. Very little Covid compared to UK so feel safe. Unfortunately the authorities have closed the swimming pools(!?) and restaurants can’t sell alcohol (?!?).

...tipped me over the edge and I’ve been buying more over the last two days ( the last today at 27.625 at 14.54 Thai time). Now have just over 2.5 million and invested about £725k. I’m showing my faith in this BOD.
