Historically the gap between the prices hasn't been that great, say over 5 years, but I take your point about liquidity. I think for most PIs it's too complicated and they just don't want to be bothered with filling in US tax forms. So why bother with TYRU then?

A topic that keeps coming up on this and TYR board is what is the difference between the two. Why buy TYR? I'm 100% in TYRU so that I can trade it easily on a sudden rise in sp, if I want to.

I'd go along with Ivy here. We don't know what Pure Science is going to deliver in terms of sales yet, but all the referrals to animal health are very positive and it is a potentially much more lucrative market. Otherwise why sell rights to household pests to Envance and specifically retain rights for personal care and animal health (July RNS)?

Thomas, 50% plus of AIM projects DON'T get off the ground. That's why AIM is a high risk environment. If you don't like that element of risk, as you've been told a dozen times, put your money into the FTSE 100. Your getting very repetitive. Or join a forum for a product you DO believe in.

Tenders not an issue. First off, Sunbird is a private limited company so no obligation to offer open tender. Got to be careful not to be seen as anti-competitive, but CNEL are actually listed as their Technology and Development partners in their articles of governance, so CNEL technology is a key component of the projects.

It's dangerous to take your eyes off this as any RNS issued by CNEL is a live one, 99% of the time.

Me too. This really is a sleeper. The company has a patent on both ODM and ODMV+ . Shorter hospital stay after surgery = reduced costs = more profit for private hospitals. The extension of the ODM system into veterinary surgery is interesting, but still think big money is in human care.

If China wants to get serious about reducing carbon emissions it needs to consider reintroducing the subsidy for bioethanol production in the PRC.

I think you're reading too much into links with Sunbird. Have you seen any accounts for them? Private company. If you look at the big contracts CNEL have landed this year, they've all been negotiated directly by CNEL. Notice Nick Brooks is not a Sunbird director. Look up Andrew Gee's history as a director. IMO Richard Bennett was enlisted by CNEL purely for the purpose of helping them to get a listing on AIM. Yes, Africa has got big potential due to expense of imported oil and desire for energy independence, but too much political corruption at moment. The BIG thing holding CNEL back is the historically low oil price. CNEL directors have never made a secret of this. Notice also how they've also always subtly distanced themselves from Sunbird in their RNSs.
