Hi Liveinhope,
I think, and I might be wrong, that 26b was the value given to the lng project, not corrib. Not sure about any value given about Corrib, but I think I remember something about 1tcf of resource.
Hi All,
I have been wondering this since this rumour came out yesterday. If the rumour is true ( and I am absolutely not saying it is), does anyone see a connection to the lack of a TR1 after the last placing? I guess few people were expecting a holding announcement from some institutions, but none was seen. Could it be that a deal might have been struck with counterparties focusing more on the production part, instead that on the ownership of the acreage? Thanks for any point of view!
Have a great weekend
Hi Mem,
My opinion might count little as I'm not a contributor in the forum, although I have been an avid reader for more then 3 years.
GRH put some number in the Michael Cain post, saying also these should be revised upwards in many occasions. I think he is genuinely asking you to provide some financial in order to ignite a good discussion on it, to compare pounds/pence and not just tcf. I don't think the intention was to trick anyone.
As a very interested reader of this forum,I am surely grateful for any discussion of this kind between 2 knowledgeable people as you both are.
As a separate note,I'll be going at the 18th may presentation, hope I will meet many of you.
Hi All,
Might be a silly consideration,but...could it be possible that PRD wants to retain small part of the license as a sort of own "cash cow project" (ideally to feed also the green part of the whole plan), making JVs for all the other potential prizes like mou-NE?
