New Investors - Watch This12 Jun 2025 11:59
For any new eyes looking at Helix, this video summarises what everyone is so excited about.

The current reserves statement, produced after the results from single Darwin well, gave confirmed Reserves of 355mcf (million) with a value of £115-$220m over 12 years.
Bo says in this video that the field could contain 3-4 bcf (billion). They've now completes 2 more wells (Linda and Weil) which produced excellent results and confirm the field is larger than the first Reserves statement. The fourth well (Inez) commences drilling next week and is the first on teh southern part of the formation. If successful, this will hugely increase reserves and get us closer to the 3-4 bcf Bo suggests may be there.
What does 3-4bcf mean? That's 10x the current reserves statement which would be over $1b of helium over the life of the field.
They've already purchased the production equipment and 20 acre site, to produce gaseous Helium to truck to customers. They've indicated they may build a liquifaction plant, further increasing margins.
Each well they drill will produce $4m in pre-tax profit, they'll have 4 by the end of June, ready to connect up and will be selling Helium by the end of the summer, generating an initial $1m pre-tax profit per MONTH.
They're surveying the fifth drill site now, and further sites to follow this, so should have approx.7 wells producing by the end of 2025 ($28m annual pre-tax profit run rate). A 5x multiple with 7 wells gives a SP of approx 56p.
After their recent fund raise, bringing on a new institutional investor, they have funding to complete drilling of all Rudyard production wells by the end of 2026. This could be up to 20 wells, which would produce $80m pre-tax PROFIT annually. 20 wells on a 5x multiple gives a SP of approx £1.61.
The also recorded significant oil shows at Rudyard, and haven't yet tested the Rudyard Flathead, which could contain significant further Helium and potential Hydrogen, which is hugely valuable.
Thats the Rudyard field which is the low hanging fruit and path to quick revenue.
They also have Ingomar Flathead which I believe they intend to drill again this summer. Their website states re Ingomar:
- Gas sample tested 2.5% helium, demonstrating significant helium potential with the highest helium grade in Montana
- 55.2% hydrogen in gas sample isolated from drilling mud could represent the first large scale geological hydrogen discovery in the United States.
This is why some commentators have speculated that Helix SP could be more than £2 in the short/medium term, if ongoing Rudyard and Ingomar drills continue to deliver.
They're fully funded.
